In ProtonMail web, allow deselecting all selected emails via Shift + Click on the "select all emails" button or add extra button for it
Currently, if you select 1 or more email, to deselect it without pressing on each of them you need to first press the "select all emails" button, and then press it again, once it turns into "deselect all emails" to remove that selection.
This feels kinda clunky so I would like an alternative, using a key modifier (Shift + Click on the "select all emails" button) or a keybind (like Ctrl + Shift + A or something like that, so it's out of the way and harder to do accidentally) or an extra button on the UI or any combination…

Rolling window for search message content
Currently search message content can only be enabled on the entire history. It would be very useful to be able to enable it for a rolling-window e.g. "last 90 days"

I would like to use Proton Mail in the web as IMAP client (not server) to transfer my Gmail content. I tried the Apple bridge w/o success.
I would like to use Proton Mail, the web App, as IMAP client (not server) to transfer my Gmail content to Proton. I tried the Apple bridge to download all emails into my local App and then reuploaded into Proton Mail by reassigning the folder, but the transfer took forever and the success was patchy. I can’t use the direct method currently available because I am using my own DNS in both accounts which blocks it as it is described in the documentation. IMAP would be great, I could switch off the forwarding in Gmail and don’t have to start…

mail and calendar in one app
Unite Mail and Calendar in one app on Android as it is the case on outlook app. No need to have two separate apps that take space on your screen. One can easily witch between the two within one app.

Which Method Should Enterprises Use to Extract Contacts from OST File?
Enterprises often need to extract contacts from OST files for recordkeeping, contact management, or transferring contact information into compatible applications. The appropriate method depends on whether the OST file is accessible and which output format the organization requires. Before choosing a method, verify that the necessary contact fields are available and select an export format suitable for the intended workflow.
For enterprise users handling mailbox data, Aryson OST to PST Converter offers a way to load an OST file, preview mailbox items, select the Contacts folder, and export contacts to CSV. It can operate without an Outlook profile or Exchange…

Away message
There doesn’t appear to be a way to set an ‘away message’ in the Mail app. Many of the features available on the lap top (change signature line, etc.) also don’t appear as options in the app.
Need to add the same options in the app as on a lap top/browser. Especially the ability to add/remove away messages.

conversation grouping / threading in search results
Not only is conversation grouping, a major problem already (i.e. it just finds emails by subject, not by actual email header). Tuta manages to do this, even though they encrypt the header. The excuse that we can't read your email is wrong, because the client must decrypt the message so we can read it, so surely the client can thread the emails correctly.
But even worse, if you search for anything, you get pages and pages of un-threaded emails. Every incoming email, and response, in chronological order, so if you find one email that's related to the person/thread you need,…

Improvement idea for label handling via IMAP
Labels are a brilliant idea to organize mails very efficiently.
I use labels and benefit from the possibility to use them via an IMAP client (in my case Thunderbird) as virtual folders. My ask for improvement is:
When I am deleting an email in this virtual folder I expect that only the label got removed from this mail, but in contrast to my expectation the labels-over-IMAP implementation of Proton is deleting this mail than completely.1 vote -
How to Unlock a VBA Project in Excel 365?
Hi everyone,
I am using Excel 365 and need to unlock a VBA project to view and edit the VBA code. When I open the VBA Editor by pressing Alt + F11 and select my project, it asks for a password.
I know that VBA project passwords help protect code from unauthorized access, but I have forgotten the password for one of my own Excel files.
Is there any reliable way to unlock a VBA project in Excel 365 and regain access to the code? I would prefer a simple method that does not affect the workbook data or macros.…1 vote -
How to Remove Duplicate Files from OneDrive Safely?
To Remove Duplicate Files from OneDrive safely, start by sorting your files by name, size, or modified date to identify potential duplicates. Always compare file contents and locations before deleting anything, as files with similar names may contain different information. For a simpler approach, the Cigati OneDrive Duplicate Finder & Remover Tool can scan your OneDrive storage, detect duplicate files, and let you review the results before removal. This OneDrive Duplicate File Finder provides options to move selected duplicates to the Bin or delete them permanently. If you want to Find and Delete Duplicate Files in OneDrive without manually checking…

A "Deliveries" smart filter or label that groups shipping and courier tracking emails
I order a lot of parcels online, and my inbox fills up with shipping confirmations, tracking numbers and delivery updates from many different couriers. A built-in "Deliveries" smart filter or label could automatically group these emails and surface the tracking number and expected delivery date in one place. That would save a lot of time compared with searching through the inbox every time a package goes missing. I explained why simple tracking tools matter in this lbc tracking post https://lbctrackingonline.org/ and I think Proton Mail could make following every delivery just as easy.

move/resize page while editing calendar event
The page doesn't let you move/resize (to look for information, copy/paste outside the screen, etc.) when creating a calendar event. This is necessary, at least for me, as I can't see the whole screen and add an event at the same time... you should be able to minimize and resize the page and keep the added/edited event open to ensure all the required information is added initially.

can't see the calendar events on iphone screen
The calendar on the iphone isn't really useful because you can't see enough of the information in the top calendar view or the bottom week view to be useful. You have to click through every event just to see what's on that week/day because everything is so small/compacted in the week view. There also needs to be more information in the view (like location, travel time, etc.).

User groups should be associated with users, not their email addresses
Currently, group membership is associated with a user's email addresses rather than the user themselves, which doesn't make sense.
If a user has three email addresses, each one must be individually assigned to the desired group. Furthermore, users without an email address cannot belong to any group.
Expected behaviour: Group membership should be associated directly with the user, regardless of how many email addresses they have, if any.

How to open PST file without Outlook and access email attachments?
PST files can contain important emails and attachments that users may need for personal or professional purposes. When Microsoft Outlook is unavailable, a dedicated PST viewer offers a practical way to explore mailbox data. Choosing a tool with attachment preview and folder navigation can make finding relevant messages easier without relying on an Outlook installation.
For this requirement, Aryson PST Viewer allows users to open PST files without Outlook and examine mailbox items, including emails, contacts, calendars, tasks, and attachments. Its attachment preview displays details such as file name and file type, helping users identify relevant attachments. The software also…
