Enhance Lumo to allow file creation with download links
While its nice to have Lumo create file content, its tedious to have to copy and paste in-and-out of Lumo. This is especially true when the files are of different formats. Say, I want to have Lumo create several MD files based on a basic template I provide and a couple of bash scripts to perform various tasks. Today I have to copy and paste each to its own file, which is time consuming. Extend Lumo to have integrated TTS/STT for full Voice Interaction
For general Chat, its really nice to be able to have a conversation using voice rather than keyboard. And while I know that the Android/IOS apps offers STT, its unfortunate that I have to use the phones TTS to complete the loop. For my tablet and/or webbrowser a full TTS/STT feature would be nice.

Hi there, I'm a Proton user from around 4–5 years. I consider myself an early adopter of new technologies, so I've been testing out ChatGPT, Gemini, and other variants of LLM chats. One of my main uses of them is as a researcher and engineer, so I want LLM that are robust, in the sense all a LLM can be robust and predictable. Make the lateral bar in Lumo website stay opened if I want
That's it. It would be nice on the website if the lateral bar is set to be shown to maintain this status when recharged per each user, this might be done with a simple cookie.

Integrate with Windsurf
Have Lumo be an available Model via Windsurf like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
I've found Lumo to be very good with coding example and questions. Having Lumo be able to directly see and edit the code files would be a huge win.5 votes -
Last Day of Month Events
Recurring events on calendar - ability to choose the last day of the month. I tried choosing the 31st of the month, but on days that don't have 31 days, the event just disappeared, rather than adjusting to the last day.

Option to "Delete All Chats EXCEPT Starred / Favourites"
In addition to "Delete all chats", I propose that there should be an option to "Delete all chats EXCEPT Starred / Favourites".
As my Lumo fills up with chats, I star the ones that I presume I would still like to come back to. As for the rest, I would like to periodically clean house by wiping them all out.
Presently that would mean deleting all of the non-starred chats one-by-one, which is unnecessarily frustrating.
This new option would regard favourites as "pinned" and leave them in place while deleting the rest.

Lumo payment separate from my other products
Currently, to sign up for Lumo+, you must add it to your current subscription, with the same time period, so if you have a 1-year subscription, you have to pay for 1 year of Lumo, if you have a 2-year subscription, you have to pay for 2 years of Lumo up front.
The other option is to lose all the discounts on your main Proton account in order to activate Lumo+ for the new term.
For example, if you have a 2-year Duo subscription (€11.99 per month) and you only want 1 month of Lumo for both users, you have…

Local Lumo application on desktop
It would be great if it would be possible to have a local Lumo application on desktop which would learn/index from local data such as email and other files.

Wider response area (smaller margins)
On a tablet or portrait monitor, the response should take up the full width - currently there is a lot of wasted space on each side, with the response in a narrow center block.
On larger screens, I still find it too cramped - especially with rich results such as tables. Tables are often very compressed and hard to read.

Date and time in responses
Lumo doesn't give any indication of the time of the response. This is missing if one looks at later responses. And in general, it's good to time stamp events;-)

Lumo Developer API
I would love to be able to programmatically call Lumo to perform advanced queries against the LLM, including the ability to run tools and functions. I'm an avid Home Assistant user that uses the OpenAI API to interface with local devices. I would prefer to use a secure and private API to do this, and am willing to pay for this capability with a similar cost structure to the OpenAI API.

Highlight‑to‑Answer Feature
Add a capability that lets the user highlight (select) any fragment of text in the chat and then have Lumo generate a response that is explicitly focused on that highlighted portion. This makes clarifying questions, getting quick explanations, and avoiding unnecessary back‑and‑forth much easier.

Make the principal ideas, strategies, and values transparent, that drive your safety controls for lumos answers.
Maybe it exists somewhere already. But I would like an easy to find page, where the ideas and strategies behind the safety controls e.g. denying certain answers from lumo are described. I don't need details, just the major Idea about what values, or dangers you're trying to protect/avoid. Just a general Idea what I can expect not to get an answer from lumo for. I think safety controls are ok, and maybe in general necessary, but I'd like to have some tranparency about it.

Create tentative/optional events in Calendar
I need to track events where my attendance is optional, and I may be the creator of that event.
If I get an invitation to which I have not replied, the event is marked tentative, but if I create it that is not an option. It should be.
