How can we improve Proton?

  3. Enable contributing to appications' frontend sourcecode in a simple, straight-forward and transparent way.

    As a long-time user of Protons services, Despite these services being great on its own, what I noticed throughout the general opinion, when comparing these to Gmail or Apple is the concession that is given to Proton in terms of features to the great idea of the privacy. I do not buy it, I want it all, and I want it now.

    What do I pay for? I am not an evangelist of privacy if for that privacy I have to sacrifice for my comfort, not because I am superficial, but because I know that both are possible.

    Like many others, I've been using a private Discord server to host images to post around the web, but by the end of the year, that is no longer going to be possible. I've been looking around for a way to host my images to post online, but I'm worried that the hosting sites I'm finding online are going to harvest data or train AI on my files.   5. Allow change calendar for accepted event invitations

    When accepting a calendar invitation the event defaults to my Personal calendar and it's unchangeable. Make it possible that I can change the event's calendar to Work

  6. dematerialisation

    Hello,

    I've been using proton unlimited for a while now and i love it.
    There's one thing that i still need to use another program for which is 'digipost' a dématérialisation application. It can login to my accounts from other companies to download and stock phone bills, rent bills, salary slips and even tax documents automaticaly.
    Proton drive can stock securely but it would be great to have a functionality that downloads all the bills automatically into proton drive in a structured way.

  10. Allow for annotating emails

    The ability to take a quick note that gets saved to an email or highlight sections of an email would be an excellent tool for keeping track of a wide variety of things. Annotations/notes would be visible only to the user.

    This example came to mind when I purchased four game keys for friends and I lost track of which keys I gave to friends and who had accepted them. The ability to quickly annotate in the email I received whom received which key would've been a huge help. Similarly, highlighting key parts of a long email or tasks that…

    Can you please think to provide portable setup files for all OS? It's not always possible to launch the install EXE files, as per no admin permission

    je trouve que vous me manquez de respect en ne vous adressant pas à moi dans ma langue. quand je vais en Allemagne, par respect je parle allemand, quand je vais en Espagne, par respect je parle espagnol et quand je vais dans un pays anglophone, par respect je parle anglais (couramment d'ailleurs !) mon problème c'est que vous participez à imposer une culture qui est celle qui détruit la biodiversité : le capitalisme !

  18. Fork Brave and you'll be my new Google

    Just stick your logo onto their thing (which is very valid) and add centralized account syncronization and profile switching on mobile. I'd LOVE to migrate everything from my current Google ecosystem to Proton. Let's smash them. Make internet open again.

    I would like to have an option for Proton Semi-Premium packet, a low cost version, an economic plan, with a lower price, affordable for everyone.
    Please take in consideration this suggestion and create a plan with a cost of 2-3-4 euro per month.

  20. Add a [comment] field for email list viewing/sorting (similar to macOS Finder)

    frequently, an email message represented in a message list is insufficient in its' perceivable data

    adding a comment field would allow the user to make email items more identifiable in list view
