    This would be a much used feature because sometimes while composing an email I need to access another Proton app for information needed in the email. The only way to do this currently is to save a draft and return to the draft after accessing the needed information in the other Proton app. This works but is cumbersome.

    This is currently an option on the mail web app and it would be nice to see this in a dedicated desktop app that can work on line and off line.

    In general I don't like the idea of Proton interfacing with other data grabbing entities, but this would be a great feature if it could be done with privacy and security.
