    FairEmail (open source) and SIgnal both have notifications that do not rely on G**gle Services.

    Currently Proton VPN for Android just allows always on or off connections. When on a VPN connected wifi network, it doesn't need to be on.
    Either allow VPN to be off for certain Wifi connections or allow VPN to be on always for just mobile connections.

    The opensource app FairEmail allows two finger spread to increase font size while keeping the text within boundaries of the Android screen. Having this ability in the Proton Mail Android app would be great!
