This is an absolutely essential basic feature that is still missing from the Android and iOS apps.

For my family, this is actually one of the main blockers preventing us from fully switching to Proton Family. For example, my partner works shifts and would have to manually create the same or very similar calendar events over and over again on a phone. Being able to simply duplicate an existing event would solve this immediately.

The frustrating part is that because of such a basic missing feature, the family remains stuck with Google Calendar — which is exactly what we would like to move away from. -.-

Proton stated on July 26, 2024 that event duplication was “coming soon to other platforms.” More than two years later, it is honestly difficult to understand why such a fundamental feature is still not available on Android and iOS.

Please prioritize this. It may look like a small convenience feature, but for everyday calendar use — especially shift work and other irregular recurring events — it makes a huge difference.
