Auto-dismiss push notifications when email is read on another device
Currently, when I receive a push notification on my iOS device about a new email, the notification remains visible even after I've opened and read that email on another device (such as my laptop or desktop). This creates notification clutter and doesn't reflect the actual state of my inbox.
Proposed Feature:
Implement cross-device notification synchronization so that push notifications are automatically dismissed on iOS when the corresponding email is read on any other logged-in device.Use Case:

Contact: We write Family name followed by given name, so please add ability to change order
I'm dissatisfied with the Contact feature's default display order, which shows given names before family names. In my cultural context, the standard notation is to write family names followed by given names, so the current requirement to place names after family names makes the interface extremely unusable.
Please allow users to choose between both the "given name-surname" and "surname-given name" formats.
As a Japanese person, I suspect this would be equally true for Chinese and Korean users as well.1 vote -
Schedule recurring email to offer in the future. Daily, weekly, etc.
Adding features to the schedule feature to allow for a routine email (reminders and such) to be sent on a custom timeline, as in repeated calendar scheduling options. Daily, weekly, custom times, start and end dates, etc.

Integrate What3Words into signature file
what3words is increasingly used to identify a very specific location, and is ideal for identifying an address.
I'd like to see Proton acknowledge its popularity and recognise its benefit by including it in the links feature to signature files.
Currently we can create a link to a website and email address. Why not a what3words address too?

Detect duplicate events when importing
Ability for Proton to detect when importing events via the "Import events" feature if all, or some, of those events already exist, and allow us to individually/bulk import or skip importing.

Allow images in Auto-Reply rmessage
Please allow us to put images in the Auto-Reply message. We used to have this feature in Google, and lost it when we switched to Proton.
We love using Auto-Reply as a first, automatic response from our business when customers reach out to us, and it would be much improved with images.

Using Proton Calendar for Better Daily and Meal Planning

Import contacts direct to group
When importing new contacts to Proton, it would be very helpful to be able to import them direct into a contact group in Proton.
Alternatively, release a separate Contacts module where contacts can be flexibly sorted and managed so, for example, a most recent import list can be identified by import date and assigned to a group.

Select all mails after search - proton mail app
I want to clean my mailbox. So I am searching mail’s from eg info@news.com and want to select all this messages and move them to a folder or delete them. But it’s not possible on iOS mail app. I have to click on every single mail … would save a lot of time! Thank you!

do not use windows action centre for reminders, design persistent reminder instead
Problem Description:
The Windows Proton app is working as intended, but that is not good enough. The Proton app uses the Windows notification feature to relay reminders to the user, and Windows can be configured to display the reminder for up to 5 minutes, after which it disappears. But it cannot be configured to remain displayed until dismissed by the user. The reminder always disappears after a short time, and if I'm not present at my PC at that time I will never see the reminder. Allow Proton account 2FA to Support Multiple Methods at Once
Currently use 2FA with a proton account, you have to either use a 2FA app or a security key. This is unfortunate to people who dont always have thier phone on them.
Bitwarden (my current pass app) supports doing the 2FA app AND any email I choose simultaneously.
Not having the option to use an email is the primary reason I am only using proton for mail and not any of the other apps because I could never give up BW if I ever wanted to get into my proton account.

Highlight starred mails
When you add a star to your mail, it should change the background colour in the list of mails.
It should also be possible to arrange your mails so that the starred mails are on top of the list (sorted by date), and regular mails are at the bottom (also sorted by date).This would highlight the starred mails. I am not a fan of the starred mails mixed in between regular mails.

Include notifications in subscribed calendar
Sharing calendar via link should have an option to include also notifications. Currently only manually exported calendar contains notifications, which makes it impossible to sync calendar via subscrbtion.

PDF viewer in Android ProtonMail app, with easy save to ProtonDrive
Completed request 7808634 was for pdf preview, which of course works in ProtonMail Windows app, and also in ProtonDrive Android.
But in ProtonMail Android, although I've updated to latest version, the "Open With" for pdf attachments doesn't offer me an integrated Proton pdf viewer.
Only 3rd party ones, including Google Drive and Dropbox... giving me a quick workflow to save recieved pdfs into Dropbox. But of course I'd like my default cloud to be ProtonDrive!1 vote -
Allow increase of tiny composer font size in iOS app
The composer font size in the iOS app is tiny and there is currently no way to increase the size. Changing font size in the per app settings under accessibility (in iOS) has no effect (it increases the font in the UI, but not in composer). This makes the iOS app next to useless for actually writing emails for anyone with any level of visual impairment, or just poor middle-aged eyes.
