  1. Improve views and format with save to pdf preview and print preview

    Currently Print preview and save to pdf preview is buggy. It does not showing all of the email, borders, and pictures. The body is missing sometimes and the letters or pictures are cut off. The paper is saved as a pdf and printed incorrectly. The only work around is to export emails as a .eml. Open in other application like Microsoft outlook so it can print correctly.

    It is really time consuming if when you have to do research or gather information for a lawyer and you are exporting one by one hundreds of emails.

  3. Quick View your aliases in the Proton Mail app

    I would like the opportunity to see my aliases, in a quickview window.
    I have like 11 different aliases, that i use for different things, but having to navigate to "Settings" each time, when i cant remember the exact alias, is a bit annoying. On mobile its even more annoying, because of more menus to go through before i find the list of e-mail aliases.

  5. Attach file to calendar entry

    I'd like to have a feature for Calendar that allows attaching a file to a calendar entry -- maybe at least for people with paid accounts -- so we are able to fully utilize features of all three -- Protonmail, Calendar, and Drive -- seamlessly integrated.

  6. Add a Proton Two-Step Authenticator

    We really need a Proton 2-step authenticator. It's just really annoying to have to log into a diff platform to do this (like authy, etc). It's much nicer when everything is centralized and I don't have to open a million apps to do things. Thanks.

  7. Add a download option for email attachments in the android app.

    Proton mail app does not give a download option for attachments, like gmail, etc. I get a .pdf attachment, and proton says I can't open it. I can open pdf files on my phone, but when I try to open a pdf attachment in proton mail, it says no app can perform this action. If I cant download it, I can't open it. Should I have to use another email service, or spend a bunch of time trying to get it through drive?

  8. Forward rule condition for message label presence

    Some emails just can't be forwarded based on from/to alone. Given there is already an extension to sieve for email forwarding i assume there are technical challenges there.

    So, i would like to propose an alternate solution that would dramatically improve the forwarding functionality with hopefully very little lift.

    I propose you add the ability to make the presence and/or absence of tags a forward condition option. This one additional condition would address a ton of open forwarding requests on here.

    As an example user story, i subscribe to some journalists on substack. I want the full articles to go…

  9. Option for searching trash

    An option to search emails in trash would be helpful. Circumstances change. Occasionally, it is necessary to try to go back and find an email that was sent to the trash. I see this as an additional option in Search In >> Other >> Trash.

  10. I would like to create a Proton account using a public/private key pair derived from a seed phrase.

    I would like to create a Proton account using a public/private key pair derived from a seed phrase.

    Due to the character limit on the account ID, I cannot use the full public key as the ID. I would like to request an increase in the character limit so that the full public key can be used as the account ID.

    This way, a 12-word seed phrase could serve as the single source for all login information.

  11. Proton Scribe in other languages

    Hi,
    My Proton Scribe always writes in French.
    If my text is in another language (Spanish, English, ...), it will understand the request, but the output will always be in French.
    It would be nice to have it write in any language, because if I have to select the generated text and make another IA translate it (or translate it myself), then Scribe is not useful...
    If the solution is to change "Proton Mail" to another language before using Scribe, then it's not at all useable in every day life...

  12. Enhance mail notification, not only for the main Inbox

    Thanks for having this feature added, which i had requested. It would be even better, if any other category/mail folder (except Spam) would also trigger the notification numbers in the taskbar. Thanks!

  17. Email to Expire based on Filter

    I get update emails and would like to set a filter to auto delete them after a couple of days. What would be super is to have a folder such as "Two Day Trash" that the filter would send to and mails older than the discard time would be autodeleted.

  19. Drafts: Add support for draft creation date and sorting by it.

    Please add support for creation date for draft emails !!!
    This would enable to keep drafts sorted/ordered by creation date instead of modification date, and it help with organizing drafts in general.

    I don't want the sorting and organization to break, because I updated a draft in a minor way, or just the subject, and it immediately updates the draft's modification date. Most of the time I do not want this kind of behavior, in my workflow.
