Proton Drive CLI authenticates only via full user login. No scoped tokens, no service accounts. This prevents secure automation use cases like server backups.
Business customers need:
Scoped API tokens with folder-level access restrictions Service accounts that don't consume user seats OAuth2 with granular scopes (read-only, folder-specific)Current workaround (dedicated user account) forces paying for an unused seat just to isolate access. (Or free accounts)
Security professionals and sysadmins need isolated identities for automation without exposing the full account.

Let us decide which folders are synced to other devices
When we add a folder to the Windows app to sync, we should be able to decide from where we want it to be synced and accessible.
Example with the current state:
I add a folder to the Windows app on PC 1. The folder is then accessible to all other devices and available for sync on demand.

Ability to import from Apple Numbers to Sheets
I would like the ability to import an Apple Numbers spreadsheet directly into Proton Sheets, going through excel loses some formatting int he process and it is hard to determine where the structures were lost. it would also save a step in the process.

Beim Import einer XLSX-Datei nach Proton Sheets werden Zellinhalte mit internen Zeilenumbrüchen fehlerhaft dargestellt: Statt eines echten Zeilenumbruchs erscheint der rohe XML-Zeichencode " " als sichtbarer Text in der Zelle, teilweise auch " " für Tabulatoren. Das macht importierte Tabellen mit mehrzeiligen Zellinhalten (z.B. Vergleichstabellen mit Fliesstext pro Zelle) unbrauchbar, ohne die Codes manuell zu entfernen.
Erwartetes Verhalten: Die XML-Zeichencodes sollten beim Import korrekt in echte Zeilenumbrüche/Tabs innerhalb der Zelle umgewandelt werden, wie es Excel/Google Sheets/OnlyOffice tun.

100 GB Proton Drive Plus, für EUR 2,49 monatlich, und ich bin dabei.
Der Titel des Vorschlags beschreibt es im Grunde schon. Ich benötige als online Drive keine 1 TB, und auch keine 200 GB. Weniger wegen der Preisgestaltung als vielmehr deshalb, weil ich auch beim aktuell kleinsten Angebot nie die zur Verfügung gestellten 200 GB nutzen würde. Warum also für etwas bezahlen was man nicht nutzen wird. selbst 100 GB sind noch immer zu viel, aber OK. Wenn ich mein Nutzungsverhalten hinterfrage, und ungefähr weiß, dass ich etwa die Hälfte von 100 sehr wahrscheinlich nutzen werde, macht der monatliche Plan für 100 GB dann irgendwo auch Sinn. [WINDOWS] Option to customize the path of the folder to sync between computers
It would be cool if Proton Drive had an option to customize the path of the folder that you want to sync between computers (like Google Drive does).
Currently Proton Drive forces you to use a certain folder (Unit:\Your Proton Drive folder\My files), so it forces the user to alter their data structure.
Creating a junction point/symbolic link is not a valid solution since they have a number of inconveniences like not being able to do Explorer searches (junctions are not indexed) or not being able to access them via Quick Access (symbolic links act as shortcuts when pinned so…

Improve performance when browsing large photo folders on iOS
Problem
Currently, browsing large folders containing photos in the Proton Drive iOS app is very slow.The following issues occur consistently:
- Slow thumbnail generation
- Scrolling frequently stalls or freezes
- Opening photos takes several seconds
- Recently viewed photos are not cached efficiently
- In some cases the app becomes unresponsive and has to be force-closed
Suggestion
Improve performance for large photo collections by focusing on:- Faster thumbnail generation
- Smoother scrolling
- Better caching of thumbnails and recently viewed photos
- Faster opening of photos after the first view

Proton Sheets - Reverse plotting order of data
In Proton sheets, introduce a new feature that allows the user change the plotting order of data in charts.
Currently we are forced to consider the way we order the source data, which makes it very difficult to accurate import data and charts from other sources. Especially tangible if a user is trying to migrate data from other services.
Core feature that is missing:

Proton Foto ist leider sehr rudimentär, im Gegensatz zu Mail oder der Cloud. Wann wird es weiterentwickelt, sodass es Funktionen wie Immich, Ente oder Google Fotos hat? Etwa eine Archiv-Funktion? Oder eine Extra-App?

Integration with Apple Files
Similar to Filen, be able to use to app within Apple Files, as it makes it much easier to to transfer files between the local app and the cloud drive.

Allow user to format zeros to look like dashes.
It is common in other spreadsheet applications to format zeros to look like a dash. When a number of cells have formulas or entry's that equal zero, it is much easier on the eyes to see dashes.
