  2. Folder info (size, stats)

    In details I'd like to see the number of files and folders inside a chosen folder and it's total size.
    It'd be also cool to be able to see details for a number of selected folders combined, so I could check the info for a few folders placed next to each other.

  3. Shared photo albums

    A true, user friendly, encrypted way to create shared photo albums with family and friends, as an alternative to Google and iCloud Photos.

    All people that the album is shared with would be able to add photos to it and every member of the album would receive a push notification that a new photo has been added.

  4. Proton Docs download to .odt feature

    Besides .docx, many of us who use Linux and free/open-source software like LibreOffice Writer sometimes use .odt instead. It would be wonderful to have a direct export/download to .odt within Proton Docs

    Hi!

    I have a Synology NAS that can back up to off-site storage. While there are plenty of off-site solutions from Amazon, Google, etc., having it tied to an encrypted service like ProtonDrive would be great!

    Just like Google Docs supports offline mode, please make it possible for me to edit Documents in Proton Drive even when I'm offline or when I have very limited Internet connection.

  7. File Viewer and Media Player

    I think you should have a file viewer or player for files that are linked to/in your Proton Drive, much like Google Drive does -- not just downloads of such files.

  9. Integrate iOS Proton Drive to transfer files via Share from any application to Proton Drive Mobile

    Currently unable to transfer files to Proton Drive via Share. For example a photo from Photos on an iPhone I decide to put on Proton Drive – I cannot transfer via share (no Proton Drive shortcut available, only Proton Mail)

  11. Share Proton Docs link for collaboration without requiring Proton account

    The new Proton Docs Feature just came out.
    I wanted to use it, but i can't share the document so, that friends can collaborate. They don't all have a proton account.
    That's why the sharing feature with the E-Mails doesn’t help a lot.
    Normally you can just create a link to each document, so that others can edit it.
    But at the moment this isn’t possible.
    It’s a quite standard feature I personally would expect from a drive with documents.

  12. Sync existing macOS folders

    I miss the option to sync a folder that is not the default Proton Drive location in macOS. I think this is available in the Windows app.
    Right now if I want to sync files with Proton Drive I need to copy them to the Proton Drive location in Finder.

  14. Generate a default shared folder when creating a Proton Family account,

    On creation of a Proton Family account, automatically generate a shared folder where all members of the group will have access. Allow the group admin to adjust the size of the shared space and to adjust read/write/delete permissions of each individual family member..

    The current method of sharing via links and passwords is cumbersome.

  15. Show desktop folders on mobile app

    I'm using the beta Windows sync client and it works well to be able to sync my folders up to the Proton Drive webapp. However, while the sync client allows you to sync any folders on your machine, no folders outside of the ProtonDrive folder on the computer are showing up on the mobile app. On the web all of the folders that sit outside of the Proton Drive main folder show up under a "Computers" navigation. For those of us that have multiple folders across multiple drives can you enable the ability to see "computers" in the mobile app?

  16. linux client for debian

    Unfortunately, after years of using the Unlimited account and various services to the best of my ability, I will be forced to cancel my subscription to Proton due to the lack of a drive client for Debian. I believe it is unthinkable to have such a great and cool ecosystem but not have a drive available for Linux.

  18. Password protect specific folders if sharing account.

    It would be nice to have the possibility to assign a password to a specific folder. It's a good solution if you e.g. use your Proton Drive with other family members/friends what so ever.
