Change the folder icon when adding the folder in 'My computer'.
Changing the icon will make it immediately obvious that the folder is handled by Proton Drive, when looking at folders in Windows Explorer.

Add the ability to select multiple files of different types to perform actions on (IOS app)
When I want to move/export multiple files or even folders to other apps (for example to unpack some zip/rar/7z/etc. files) I would have to do this for each individual file separately. With something like 10 files or a folder containing that amount of files, it is practically guaranteed that one or more files get missed. The currently available actions (deleting selected files, moving them within Proton Drive and making them available offline) are very limiting.

Eliminate the main PC interface. Use the website interface as the standard.
When you log in to the PC version of Drive, the PC interface is lacking and hard to use. Please make the PC interface just like the website interface. It's annoying that I have to right-click the icon and log in again to the website interface. When you start the PC version, it should go straight into the website or cloud version. Simplify the interface, too.

Zoom alternative add on for artistically inclined?
This may be a bit much for the free tier Proton servers, but here's a 2-part pitch:
(1) functional Zoom alternative
(2) Maybe a feature of said alternative or another feature entirely for a "shared canvas" "chat room" type thing? I've heard about multiple people meeting up online in a kinda Zoom-ish meeting/chat room where they have a canvas that they can create art with and write messages - and option for mic to be muted or on was available. Not sure if it's an app or a website or what, but it seemed really cool and wondered if there…

Duplicate a sheet next to original sheet
When duplicating a sheet in Proton Sheets. Please place the new sheet next to the original sheet and not all the way at the end of the list.

In caso di connessioni lente mancherebbe la scelta di quanta banda internet dedicare e aggiungerei la scelta di quanti file per volta sincronizzare. (senza tralasciare Linux). Saluti, Ivan

Proton Drive: enable configuration change to default behaviour on file upload
So when I click configure I can choose the theme and not much else. The ability to stop Drive from "helpfully" requesting to delete my existing file version when I upload a later version would be welcome and do a little to help with my blood pressure. I won't hold my breath.

Different rights for subfolders
Hi Team,
Would it be possible to add a feature to a shared by link folder with only view permissions, to include inside a folder with read/write permissions? So others could upload files there?
Also, would it be possible to add a feature to be able to upload an image that will be shown once logged into the shared folder? To personalize it a little?1 vote -
open sheets automatically
When opening a spreadsheet in Drive, it should just automatically launch into the Proton Sheets. This whole extra splash page that says open in sheets just seems unnecessary. Or at the very least, there should be an automatic toggle feature.

Proton Docs to support Cut using 'Shift+Delete'
Most editors support pressing 'shift+delete' to cut, which makes cutting and pasting fast using when using it together with 'Shift+Insert' to paste. (vs ctrl-c / ctrl-v). Proton Docs (tested using Firefox on Linux, but possibly on all platforms) deletes the selected text when hitting 'Shift+Delete', but does not Cut it, causing a subsequent paste to paste whatever was in the buffer. 'Shift+Insert' does Paste, so errors are easy with this method. Please add functionality to have Shift+Delete perform a proper Cut operation, and store the deleted text on the clipboard.

Allow users to upload existing files into someone else's folder that they shared with you.
This feature allows users to upload existing files directly into a folder that another person has shared with them. When someone shares a folder with a user and grants appropriate permissions, the user can add files from their own drive without needing to create a new file in that drive, which is the current situation.

Start Proton Drive Windows app minimized to tray
Add a command line option to start the Proton Drive Windows app minimized to the system tray, with no window popping up after starting, E.g. --background or --start-in-tray.
Equivalent of starting the Proton Drive app on Windows and immediately closing the window, so that it sits in the system tray without having a window opened at the desktop.
The command "C:\Users\MyUsername\AppData\Local\Programs\Proton\Drive\ProtonDrive.exe --start-in-tray" could then be used to start the app in the background from scripts.

See "Backing up items..." list
I see the "Backing up" notification on both the phone and in the app when it's working, but currently it's just a notification. I think it would be very useful if we could see which items the app is backing up - just the file name or a preview.

scan with auto crop to jpeg
Currently scan on ios is limited to saving as a pdf. It would be great to add jpeg as an option.
Would it also be possible to create a different default name for saved files?

Graag gedeelde mappen ook zichtbaar maken via gebruik van de app
Momenteel zijn gedeelde mappen alleen zichtbaar in de online omgeving, en niet via de app. Daardoor heb je geen overzicht – als Apple gebruiker bijvoorbeeld – in het Finder overzicht.
