I need this as well, and even better if we can attach a form to an event calendar for screening leads, getting appointment customizations, etc. Bonus if we can add a link on the thank you page to a website, payment link, etc.

Agreed, I often need to collect form responses and have not found a satisfactory encrypted/private option. Proton forms would be a big help!

Over the last few weeks, I have literally made Proton my primary for everything, and have even subscribed to one of the subscription options, largely due to the accessibility, privacy, security, convenience, and especially multiple email aliases.
I love ALL of Protons services, but in my opinion, the one thing missing is forms.
I can essentially use Proton for everything until I get to Forms, where at that point, I'm forced to use Proton for everything except that purpose, where I'm forced to use Google Forms, defeating much of the purpose.
In my opinion, the creation of Proton Forms would essentially be the final piece that closes the circle.

This is pretty much the biggest things preventing me from committing to a full transition away from Google Workspace.

This is essential to myself and to my clients in being able to move off of Google drive. I can't believe that Proton is developing things like Lumo, meet, wallet, and even pass instead of prioritizing improving Drive with this critical feature. All of those things have superior privacy focused alternatives available already. Google forms, to the best of my knowledge, does not. It is a vital missed opportunity that would improve the lives of real people who are being asked by countless orgs to fill out Google forms for things that are private and personal and should not be freely given to Google.
If Tuta releases an integrated sheets and forms solution before Proton, I will recommend all of my clients to migrate to them instead.

1000% critical to operations for a lot of orgs picking up Proton right now.

This is what stops me from moving from Google entirely, since I need forms for a lot of things.

Forms are a great way to collect feedback from a wide variety of people. Some answers can be intimate and keeping that data safe is pretty important!

It would be good to have a form to interface with spreadsheets, so data entered can be limited to invitees while blocking update for existing entries. Possibly later, allow interface of Adobe fillable forms.

Simple FORM function/app for (1) populating records/cells in Proton Sheets with data, and (2) SURVEYS, are vital in the Proton ecosystem, especially to further wean folks from corporate META/Google domination and exploitation.

Proton Forms is a critical need. Many organizers use Proton for its security, but they need forms to organize events. I believe that the cost to develop this would be low.

From a business perspective, having the possibility to create and share forms to collect data is a serious plus.

This is something that would be super-smashing to have outside the paws of BigTech; it's something quite private, sometimes!

Also, sending out a Proton Form would be a great way to let other people outside of the Proton ecosystem know about Proton!
