I'm a healthcare professional with my own clients and this would be absolutely amazing.

This would require a spreadsheet system first (Proton Sheets?) but would be very handy for conducting surveys with security and privacy in mind. Thanks in advance for the consideration!

A forms application which allows to create and share forms with different question types like Multiple Choice questions with single select or multi-select and text questions with different validations for responses and an option to make the form public and another option to allow anonymous responses.

This application will help collect surveys, gather feedback from family/friends/colleagues. A overall handy application and will be significant addition to already made suite of proton apps. I believe this application is easy to develop, especially after proton docs because the functionality is the same and should be implemented on priority.

We really need this because I hate sharing my information to Google. My data should be private by default.

I will not provide information via Google forms… It would be great if I could suggest that those soliciting input use Proton instead. I’m quite certain other users are less likely to respond to requests for input using Google forms / docs

Collecting data from our service users is critical. And we want to do it in a more secure platform than Google Forms. Please add this feature!!!
