How can we improve our accounts settings, payments or plans?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  3. Allow Purchasable Permanent Options

    I've brought this suggestion up before I knew about this feedback forum. I think allowing free users the ability to purchase permanent options such as additional storage at 1GB increments and additional calendars would be great for those looking to add more features without upgrading and potentially losing the "bonus" space when you downgrade.

    I am grateful that there was a recent upgrade from 1 calendar to 3 for free users, but I think an additional permanent purchase option would be helpful to both the customer and business sides of Proton.

  4. Account lockout option

    If somebody attempts to login to my account more than X number of times (user configurable), lock the account to protect it from an attack.
    In order to use this option, the user would have to download the recovery key and store it safely (outside proton pass!)

  7. Add message to add Network fees while making Crypto payments

    Since we are all new to Crypto payments , as a normal user we tend to make payments as displayed on screen. Proton could add an additional message saying to add network fees in addition to the amount displayed on screen. Also you can add Network address used for Crypto transaction, otherwise some may lose their transfers by making use of wrong network address

  8. Access Proton Mail desktop apps with Proton Pass Plus

    Right now the desktop mail client is only available to proton mail plus users.

    I'd like to be able to use it on my Proton Pass Plus account.

    Proton Pass Plus users get a lot of emails if they make use of the email aliases feature, so it would add more value to the service!

  9. Make Visionary accounts transferable

    Make non-lifetime visionary accounts transeferable. Since this type of account is no longer available for purchase one may one to pass it to somebody else when it is no longer needed by original owner.

  10. Allow 2F Security Keys for Password Reset and Account Recovery

    One of the more secure options for account recovery or password resets would be to utilize security keys. Security keys can inherently contain 2-3 factors of verification in one. You have to physically have the key (1F), you have to then touch the key to confirm human contact (2F), and you can require that a password for the key be entered (3F).   13. Setting up access for addresses that are in the main Proton family account

    Hello, everyone! I bought a proton family, it would be great if I could configure access settings for the email addresses in my account, such as whether or not I need a VPN disk size etc.

    Now it looks like this, either all addresses that are in the main admin account have the same access level and the same password, or I have to create a separate account and configure it separately, which for example if you use your own domain name tied to Proton - not very convenient, because it can be tied to only one account.
