Spreadsheet tables functions
Great to see Proton Spreadsheets came alive. Looks super; even tables are present. It would be nice if the following 2 features could be added in one of the next releases:
1) When adding a new line to a table, it would be great to have the formulas in the above rows are copied.
2) When changing a formula in a table column, only the formula in the active cell changes. It would be great to have the whole table column changed to the new formula.
Excel supports these 2 features, so maybe you could add these features as well.…

Report Phishing from Right Click Inbox
I've noticed that when a new phishing email comes into my inbox that doesn't get filtered automatically into spam when I right click before opening the email there is no option to report phishing. It's only when you open the email that the report phishing option appears.
Lately i've been receiving messages that contain what looks like code or some strange kind of encrypted code and an attached .sthml fileI would like to be able to report these emails as phising, eventhough im not sure what they are, directly from the inbox before opening the email. Of course I…

Proton Sheets: date selector year input
There is already a date selector in Sheets (clicking a date in a cell brings up a date picker), but navigating back several years can be cumbersome because it only lets you scroll through the months. If it were also possible to change the year - either by typing it in or by scrolling through the years - that would be much faster. I know it’s possible to type the date, but using the date picker is far easier for me (if this year-thing would be solved).

Enhance Screen Reader Accessibility of Proton Web and Windows Apps
As a user who relies on screen reader technology to access technology, I have found that the Proton iOS apps are generally well designed for use with Apple's native screen reader, VoiceOver, but the same cannot be said of the web versions of their apps and especially the Windows apps, which are in some cases almost entirely inaccessible for screen reader users.
As a starting point, take what I imagine is your most popular core product, Proton VPN. The Proton VPN Windows app has numerous significant accessibility problems that make many basic features very hard to use and other features…3 votes -
Allow upload of photos for Lumo on iOS
Currently the upload functionality for Lumo app on iOS only allows the upload of files, not photos. It would be nice to be able to upload photos too.

Show the email attachment at the top
Show the attachments of an email above the text, instead of below. This way, we don't have to scroll down all the way on long conversation.

Need a different "Login Detected" notification icon. The current icon is the "mail" icon.
When I get a new login detected notification on my phone it displays the email icon. I think it's a new message so ignore it. When in fact it's someone trying to login to my account and I need to do something. Can you change the icon so it's something else so I know it's a Proton Official Notification and I need to pay attention.

Awesome to see sheets coming to Proton. Some things I noticed that were missing for me when using Google Sheets:
When using the '$' symbol, I'm noticing the cells still move if dragging or copying. Generally this symbol indicates that the cells should be static.
When using the "sum" feature and I add a row in the middle, the "sum" should update to include the new total number of rows.
The ability to "hide" a sheet that I don't want to see all the time.
Suggestion: for the "accounting" formatting, can we move the currency symbol to always be left…

Anti-Virus Software
Proton has lots of great privacy features but I would love to see a malwarebytes type of software be created. It could scan your system for spyware, viruses, etc.

Proton Docs - Scaling line height with font size
When adjusting the font size to be small to fit a lot of content on a single page for printing, the line height spacing does not scale correctly. Right now, I'm annoyingly having to hack this myself by disabling the margin-top on the html before printing:
.DocumentEditor > :not(:first-child, [class*="Lexicalh"]), .DocumentEditor > .Lexicalparagraph:not(:first-child) {
margin-top: .75rem;
}Since signing up for Proton, I've been impressed in the overall quality of the products and services. There's just a number of quality of life features that are holding it back to be a complete replacement for document usage.
I do…

Proton Slack/ProChat
As the name implies, to fully migrate both our business operations and personal communications to Proton, a Slack or Discord-like feature is essential. While this is undoubtedly a significant undertaking, I believe there is strong demand for a secure alternative to Slack, and many users, including myself, would be willing to pay for a solution that prioritizes privacy and security at Proton’s standard.

Secure native integration of Proton services together and with external services (granular consent & scoped tokens)
Many privacy‑focused users including myself run several Proton services alongside automation platforms such as Make and Home Assistant. Because Proton does not yet expose a secure, granular API, we have to resort to work‑arounds:
Forward selected Proton Mail messages to a Gmail account.
Let Make read that Gmail inbox, filter the messages, and then push the extracted data into Google Calendar or other third‑party services.As a result, Google (or any other intermediary) ends up with full visibility of the forwarded emails, and Make gains access to the entire mailbox, not just the specific messages we intended to share.
These steps defeat the…8 votes -
Proton VPN Observatory search by country
Reading through the whole observatory takes time and effort, please do a search box so we can find information relevant to our country or province and the current status.. for example : if something has been anounced or recently happened (ie a shut down of services or political election) let the users (without signing in) search the info found across Proton (like in the observatory) that is related to that user's concern be available to search and find by location {country, province} or timezone

lumo technical information
lumo advertising is extremely poor. when i talk to gemini or look at ads it state clearly basic information like max upload 10 files at a time, max 100mb each, max 2gb total uploaded. 32k token free tier, ai plus gives 128k guaranteed tokens.
Yet all 3 versions of lumo sounds scammy, vague and dishonest.
we basically have no idea what you want money for.
"more file upload" "more bigger files".. was this written by a 3yo intern?a token counter would be nice as well as a output box for code or documents so it does not clutter and…

Markdown notes app
Markdown app request
A secure, private markdown notes app would:
* Open new revenue opportunities
* Extend Proton’s privacy ecosystem
* Expand customer's digital workflows
* Leverage existing encryption technology
* Clearly meet user demand (well, at least mine)
* Reinforce the promise of “privacy by design.”I am using Obsidian and really like it, yet unencrypted notes on my devices is a significant concern.
