Create the ability to add an image to your account.
It is very convenient if it will be possible to personalize the account by being able to upload an image. It can be a logo or a personal photo.

Android Integration
Proton is intended for (extreme) privacy and I get it. This is very good and terrible at the same time : the vast majority of your apps provide no possibility to have a smooth integration with the ecosystem they live in :
- Calendar : impossible to have my events in the Android calendar with my other accounts. Calendars can't be shared so that people use a common calendar for common activities.
- Contacts : impossible to have my contacts in Android so I could use them with the dialer
- Drive : no sync client for Linux, Windows, MacOS…

Custom color for calendar, events and mail themes
I recently switched from Google to PM, but I have to admit that the graphic style of PM is a bit of a disappointment, with this bright purple and very limited palette. Some like it, others don't. I liked Google's a lot, tbh. It would be nice to have the possibility to customize the themes of the mail (send button, accent colors, and stuff like this) or at least pick custom colors for mail labels, events etc. so that each user can make the experience more appealing.

Create alias when Composing an Email
If the email composition tool would allow modification of the "from" to include adding an alias, i.e. JonDoe+NewAlias@pm.me, that would be great.
Sometimes contacting a company for the first time demands the creation of an email address with the new email alias since we know they will add the address to their databases. Our controlling the alias also keeps customer service emails tracked properly; tickets are lost when the "+AliasExample" is dropped from addresses.

GNOME Online Accounts
GNOME is the most popular desktop on Linux, being used by the most popular distributions, including Ubuntu. One of my favorite features that it has is GNOME Online Accounts (GOA), a background service that allows you to seamlessly access your data from several providers using the system apps like Calendar and Files.
Google, Microsoft, and NextCloud are fully supported. It would be amazing to have this same level of support for Proton. I'd love to be able to seamlessly use Proton Mail in Geary without having to setup the bridge, upload files to Proton Drive using GNOME Files and create…

App Tracking Prevention
DuckDuckGo has this great feature where it essentially runs a VPN but it blocks traffic from devices from being sent out. So, when a data tracking engines (e.g., Google, Adobe, Amplitude, Branch Metrics) attempt to send personal data from your device DuckDuckGo blocks it.
If Proton incorporated the same concept into the VPN then it would be an even more effective product!

Dark email body content
Dark theme works great except that the message body content is set to have a white background of "#fff". An easy fix is the following:
1.) Apply a CSS filter. "filter: invert(1)" to the element with attribute data-testid="message-content:body"
2.) Apply another CSS filter to images so they are not inverted. CSS selector img.
I tried it and it works but it's not permanent since I'm only modifying the styles using the browser's dev tools.
Please add this to the dark theme CSS.

Move undo trash popup
if you click to delete items rapidly the undo trash popup covers up the trash button slowing down deletions. Move the pop up a little to the right and the problem would go away!! Thanks

A web and mobile maps-like application based on the free OpenStreetMap data. The app allows to privately search for locations, save favorite locations, get directions, and possibly share the users' location for a limited time with other Proton users. This seems a fairly simple ask: one single 'Proton' app (iOS or Android). This would include Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Drive etc (all except VPN which is fine to remain separate). Similar to the FastMail approach.This is the simplest, easiest, fastest, slickest way to combine all Proton apps and functionality into one single ecosystem, as per the latest blog post following the results of the user survey. Proton Voice Assistant
I believe Proton Technologies has room to get in voice assistant sector seeing how Google and Alexa are constantly listening to most private conversations in peoples homes. It would great a privacy focused product that proton fans would enjoy and attract new people to proton's services.

Are you planning on using renewable energy for your operations soon? I was looking for information about this but I couldn't find any statement from the company on this topic. I want to support a mail server that is compromised with this issue, as it should be basic nowadays.
