Bitwarden, for example, already requests the master password when FaceID fails. ProtonPass should follow the some approach.

This is an important feature, that adds extra security to very important files (id, passport, medical records) when a device is stolen, which is very common in some places of the world. Something that would work as well is compatibility with cryptomator. It would be nice to be able to use cryptomator synced with proton drive in my iPhone.

Hi everyone, this one is under consideration, pending anti-spam measures we might need to take.

This functionality is essential for those who live in big cities, where it is not uncommon for criminals to steal your iPhone and force you to give them your passcode.
Apple in iOS 17.3 made a lot of progress on this issue, creating the "Stolen Device Protection" for the Apple account, but critical apps like ProtonMail need to follow the same path.
Another option to a PIN code is to request the proton password instead of the iPhone passcode when the FaceID fails. Bitwarden, for example, requests the master password in this situation.
Regardless of the solution, it is clear to me that unlocking the app using the iPhone's passcode is insecure.
Please implement this!

As a few people mentioned, this has been under review for more than a year.
It is essential when self-hosting, and each service has a differente subdomain, but the same domain. Any updates?
