Has anyone working on Contacts looked at how other Contact applications work? Just asking, because it does not seem like it.

Everything about notifications in Proton Calendar feels off. It is as if they left these stubs to be fixed later and never got around to it. Proton Calendar is clearly the red-headed stepchild of Proton applications.

This is literally a formatting issue.
I do not care that "An event is starting at...", I want to know what event is starting. The person that coded this clearly has no never used a calendar application before because I cannot think of another one that does not put the event title in the notification.

This is literally a formatting issue. It could be fixed in next to no time. I do not need to know that "An event is starting...", I need to know what event is starting. The notifications are actually useless. I cannot use Proton Calendar because of this and have had to change back to Outlook.
Was this coded by a surly intern, or just someone who thinks everyone should remember every appointment.

FFS How has this not been implemented. It is a simple issue of formatting the notification. I don't need to know there is an event, I need to know what the event is specifically. It makes Proton Calendar USELESS to me.
I have had to go back to using Outlook Calendar because of this.

Why would anyone want to see the emails they have sent show up in "All Mail". "All Mail" is the things one has received. "Sent" is for the things one has sent. Never the twain should meet.
Do the developers actually use these products? I have to wonder.

This is so obvious that I cannot imagine why it has not been implemented. Just a toggle in settings for heaven sake.
All the previous items have been read. Why would we want to scroll through them again?

Put new emails at the top of the thread as god intended. No one really wants to scroll through the whole freaking thread to get to the newest entry...it is maddening.

Oh, and adding the recipients name to the thread because they reply is useless and confusing. Quite frankly, I only care about the name of the sender of the latest item in the thread.

In an email thread, the developers can consider that we have read the previous items. They should be arranged chronologically descending for reference, but the ONLY one that is important is the most recent. It needs to be front and center, right at the top.

Almost every other email service offers this, at least as an option, though it should be default.

It makes me wonder sometimes if developers actually use the product.

Work on this feature request is underway, starting with iOS.

🗓️ A new calendar invite widget shows the main event info in all emails that contain event invites. Tapping on it takes you to the  #ProtonCalendar app directly from your inbox.

This should be trivial. The information is in the event, it is just formatting the notification. It should not be platform specific.
