I want the web based proton mail to stop being divided into separate screens but just be one single scrollable screen like the phone app cur
I want the web-based proton mail to move away from pages with page 1 page 2 and so on to a single scrollable page such as is found in the phone app which is a more usable solution.

Support cmd-0 and cmd-tab to reopen the main window
The macOS Proton Mail app should support the cmd-0 (zero) keyboard shortcut to reopen the main window in case it was closed (without quitting the app). It should also reopen the main window if the user uses cmd-tab to switch to the app and its main window isn't already open.
This is basic, typical behavior for macOS apps. See, e.g., News and Maps, which both support both of these behaviors.
It's super clunky that the only way for me to get Proton Mail to open its main window again is to actually click on it in the dock.

signature template

I would welcome the addition of the ability to create signature templates for Proton Workspace.
- An organization user could choose a template and edit it with their own details.
- Even better — add a simple HTML editor for this (as a possible next step of the feature).
- Signature settings by an administrator are also missing. I can only set the Display Name.In a more developed version, user details could be pulled directly from account settings — each organization user would have information listed about themselves (name, job title, etc.). Option to prevent the recipient(s) from forwarding my email without permission
I would like an option to designate certain emails I send as "private" so that the recipient(s) may not forward the email without my permission.

"Filter similar emails" when cleaning out the mailbox
I Gmail I love the feature (when selected one or more emails) "filter similar email", and then it selects all email from that address, så I can deleted them all at once. I don't see that option in Proton Mail, and really miss it,

Sum of all new emails in app top level icon
Would like to see a sum total of all new email in the inbox as well as all the subfolders I created and have this number presented at the top level application level icon. So if there were 5 new emails in the inbox and 10 new emails in a subfolder I created that the email filter moved the new emails into this subfolder I would then see the number 15 as the notification at the application top level icon

Remove 'Human Verification' from after login screen
Am I the only person who gets disgusted having to pause my workflow in order to move a little puzzle piece around a screen to ''verify I am human'? Who even asked for this? These always seem more like a humiliation ritual than an actual security feature. I already get notifications sent to my mobile app after every login, and feel more than comfortable with the current level of 'verifcation', thank you. This seems especially egregious for those of us who are paid or business users. Please - PLEASE - remove.

Send as address to be custom relay domain
There is a possibility add an email address for custom domain in case the user owns it (business domain).
I am using a eternal email relay address provided by non-profit student organization. It has an email address which I can forward to any email provider I want. The service itself doesn't have any mailboxes.The incoming mail forwards just fine to Proton Mail. I would like to also send emails using this relay email address as "from" address. This is not possible currently as I don't own the domain.

Move setting and contact options to top
Can we have the option to display the settings/contacts/subscriition/report a problem menu items to the top above inbox and folder list. I have a lot of folders and it’s a bit annoying to have to scroll down several pages to get to my contacts

Temporary Email Bundling
Proposal I suggest adding a "Temporary Bundle" feature to group related emails from different senders into a single, named container that can be dissolved later. This fills the gap between permanent folders and automatic threads.
Key Use Cases:
Transactions: Grouping order confirmations, bank receipts, and shipping notices from different sources without creating a unique folder for every purchase.

In the Mail website, under the user button in the upper right, all of my identities should be listed for easy copying instead of just the primary identity.
Digging out my secondary emails is a bit of a hassle rn

Calendar : Keep order of events that happen at the same time
We used our Gmail Calendar for events at our store and have recurring event.
If possible these should stay in the same alphabetical or numeric order if date and hour are not changed.
So if we have events in the same time frame like a couple of events from 12:00 - 16:00 on the same day and we name them 01, 02, 03 and so on they should remain in that order even if we change something like putting extra text behind the number.2 votes -
Unread mails counter not updating
I do not see that this has been posted before, but I think its rather weird.
When I use the Linux Mail app and I get a new mail, it changes the badge for number of mails. However, I mark the mail as read, it stays there until I restart the app. Thats quite annoying, I always have a 1 or 2 there when I read new mails.
Something similar happens to the iOS-app. If I read something in the linux app, the counter on the iOS app is not going down, until I open the app.

The most rewarding part of using this tool is seeing how the various pieces of my collection fit into the larger global market. Advanced Hardware Control for IA Email Writing Assistan
I suggest adding user-configurable hardware selection for the local AI email writing assistant. Currently, it automatically chooses the GPU, limiting optimization. My system includes an NPU, an NVIDIA GPU, and an AMD GPU. I’d like to set the NPU as default for lightweight, energy-efficient writing, especially on battery. For longer or more complex drafts, users should be able to select a preferred GPU or fall back to NVIDIA/AMD when available or high demand scenaries. This would improve efficiency, control, and performance.

Local AI Mail Assistant powered by NPU or GPU
I’d like to suggest adding a local‑device AI feature to your PC email client that uses NPU/GPU to help manage the inbox more intelligently. It could classify messages, suggest folders and summarize repetitive emails (e.g., from Amazon or AliExpress). It would be very useful for identifying important emails such as deadlines, payments/receivables, bank, university or security alerts, all processed locally for privacy. Small 1B–3B models are enough, and there are many text‑classification models on Hugging Face: https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=text-classification. 1) On the smartphone there is no search function in the calendar??? 2) Also you cannot point on a appointment and the move it to another time with the cursor, like in Googles calendar.I use the calendar for my firm, so come on do something about it. I have asked you before!!!

"all day" events appear all the way down the calendar.
Would it be possible to have an option for all day events to "block" my calendar for the whole day?.
Some all day events are just reminders, i.e. at some point today, but others really are all day events and I would like them to show across the whole day. I can sort of do that if I pick a start and end time but it feels less graceful.
Not to compare with another product but the way Outlook renders these is (surprisingly) nice, especially when paired with Show As options (Free, Busy, Tentative, etc.).
