  1. Print settings

    Refine printing by adding print area commands so that you can select from 0:00 to 0:00 or for just these days. I also really like a fit to page option, since inevitably the second page (or the back of the page) always gets ignored at meetings.

  2. A pulltab for adding commuting time to an event

    I like to be able to visually see my commuting time when I look at my calendar so to be able to visually extend a calendar event (in perhaps a muted colour or standardized "commuting colour" ) to include it would be way better than having to manually put in (and then potentially delete if things change) a separate event to show that I am commuting during a certain time. I would also use a feature like this for things where I have to show up early to something even though it doesn't actually start until later. Thanks!

  3. Display external calendars in app

    It would be good to see external calendars in the iOS and Android app like we can currently see in the web version. At present I have to fall back to my google app on my phone.

    Add Israeli Holidays. I live in the US but we keep the major feast days. I was surprised Israel was not in the list.

    Add thr ability to create presets for events, so that adding many of the same types of events with similar properties (eg exams) becomes much faster, easier and less repetitive. Configurable should be defaults for everything

  7. Multiple proton accounts on calendar app (as already possible with mail app).

    In the proton mail iOS app, it allows the user to switch between different accounts with a 'switch to' function.

    Same with the desktop app.

    It would be great to have this feature on the calendar app too. Thanks!

    Calendar templates (that can include multiple calendar entries) and the ability to program a follow up notification for calendar entries instead of only before time notifications

  9. Hide calendar visuals without turning off notifications

    I'd love for there to be a way to turn off the visuals for a calendar, without turning off the notifications. Sometimes I just don't want to have to see all the clutter, but still want to get notifications for them.

    Perhaps something like a little eye icon to toggle, besides the on/off it has currently? Or clarify if you want to turn the calendar (and thereby notifications) off with a little notification bell icon, or turn off the visuals with the eye icon?

  10. Specific calendar agenda list view

    I would like a way to select a specific calendar, and be able to see ALL of its events in an agenda view (similar to Google's, or to how the current Search view looks). It would make it easier to see what's going on, screen for potential duplicates, and (hopefully in the future) batch-delete.
    If nothing else, it could be as simple as adding "search calendars" to the search options (as of this posting it only allows "search events").

  11. Ability to Delete Calendar Entries Locally from Subscribed External Calendars

    I would love the ability to delete calendar entries locally from my subscribed external calendars.

    For example, if I have subscribed to a calendar via a URL, but one of the entries is not interesting to me, I want the ability to delete this entry from my calendar view so that it doesn't clutter my calendar space.

    I am getting email notifications of events on my calendar, and text would be more helpful as a second option.

  15. Add ability to scroll sideways / horizontally to turn the page

    My mouse has a vertical scroll wheel (up/down) and a horizontal (side to side). In Notion Calendar, I can use the horizontal wheel to scroll to next week, previous week, etc. I'd like the same in Proton Calendar instead of having to press the little < > buttons at the top. Wheel feels much faster and more intuitive.

  16. Use a safer map than google for directions like HERE We Go

    Since we are moving away from unsafe email like gmail, it makes sense to use a safer map than another google product for directions within calendar items. HERE We Go is a good alternative

  17. Right click support for quickly changing event color

    google calendar has added support for using right click to offer the color options. This is very useful for quickly categorizing priority of events.

  18. Add the ability to scroll on the Android app widget view

    Currently, the "agenda" view on the Android widget only displays the calendar items for that day. I would like to request the addition of a scrolling agenda view, where we can scroll through all calendar items (perhaps limited to a two week window), without having to jump between days.

  19. add more calendar views; workweek, next 4 days

    I would love to be able to see only my workweek (hide the weekend) so I can see more detail on the calendar. The weekend should be customizeable.

  20. How many days before event

    When clicking on an event, it could be cool to show, after the date, in how many days/hours the event will happen.

    Right now:
    St Patrick's Day
    Mon., 17 March 2025

    My proposal:
    St Patrick's Day
    Mon., 17 March 2025 · In 32 days

    Other example:
    St Patrick's Day
    Mon., 17 March 2025 · In 8 hours, 7 minutes

    This could be an option to not clutter the view of the users that want a simplified view.
