I think AppImage would give the greatest benefit. It’s platform agnostic and works out of the box on any distro. Flatpak isn’t shipped on all distros and snap is its own political hot potato.
It also has the portability benefit and so works on any device, great for putting on an otherwise stock live USB stick in your bag.

I would be surprised if they released packages for other distros like Arch. However, I do think there would be a significant benefit to releasing an AppImage package for all their apps as it’s fully cross platform across all distros. Getting the additional benefit of portability means it also works on any device.

This is super important once you scale to hundreds of codes like I have. Just a sea of letters. I think the best workaround would be to have a website field I can fill in, then have the app go out and fetch the favicon or logo.
