Rather then to follow suit of Outlook or Google, which are not really nice, please, check the very known free and open source "Evolution" from the GNOME Project.
Evolution is a personal information management application that provides integrated mail, calendaring and address book functionality. It allows the user to create Task, Memos, Projects and manage their Calendars, Contacts and E-mails. It is just wonderful!!!
The software is available in most Linux distributions. So if you have never tried it, look in your repository or download it via the Flatpak.

Most of the bookmarks managers on the market give no credible guaranty of encryption, neither give them strong security of users data. So, it would, indeed, be wonderful to have a Proton Bookmark!
