when beginning to switch over to linux as my only operating system (besides android), I never thought that proton, of all things, would be the one that breaks the transition. I thought you were privacy focused? I thought proton was made by people that are similarly annoyed by what windows is changing into. I'm a bit disappointed and hope that you already are working on this.

if theming is implemented i would love to be able to also provide my custom theme. this does not need a complex implementation, just proving a file that defines fonts and colors would be sufficient

This would be great. I don't need additional storage from standard notes plans or additional sync features because proton drive does that for me. I only need the ability to write .md notes and sync them and I feel like 81$/Year is a bit much if I already pay for proton unlimited
