Artificial intelligence and privacy are not necessarily in conflict.
In theory, whether or not you use privacy mode only affects your own traffic and won't affect how Google sees your traffic. Google technically cannot know this; it might be your misconception, or the server IP configured with privacy mode might just be under Google's risk control.
