Allow Disabling the Persistent Login Feature
The forced persistent login is a terrible feature for people who are concerned about privacy and security.
It goes against the motto of providing privacy and security by default, and seems like protonmail is prioritizing convenience over security.
Please allow users to disable persistent login.
I work as a security consultant, and if one of our customers had sessions that lasted for days in their product, we would flag that as a security weakness. It is a really terrible idea to have sessions that last this long, and I'm baffled that a security-focused product like Protonmail would implement it. Please fix this as soon as possible.
