Create share link for folders & files from within the desktop app
Currently, to create a share link you have to visit drive via web browser to create a shareable link. It would be great if this feature was available either on the desktop app, or in the right-click dropdown menu like dropbox provides.

External requests and scripting in Proton Sheets
Really happy with sheets so far, thank you proton team!
One thing that would make me switch is appsscript like functionality, at least, someway to programmatically update cells (using timer or on-open, or e.g. via button). It also needs to make external requests so external data can be loaded into it.

Colab
I observed that some universities across Europe relays only on Google Colab to make, test, synch, share code during their classrooms.
The idea is to have some kind of interface, similar to what google does, to be able to develop code, test it's functionalities, store sources at drive (text based files), and even better if Lumo can help developing code as Gemini does.
Having such a tool can be a good argument to induce EU agents to switch from their current US based big techs providers, to a secure development platform, thinking in necessary privacy for research and investigation topics.

Proton Drive for Windows Share Function
With Proton Drive for Windows, I can't figure out a way to share a file or folder (invite another Proton user or create a public share link). The share button in the context menu uses Windows' native file sharing, which is not what I'm looking for. My workaround for the time being has been to open up the Proton Drive web interface, navigate to the file/folder in question, and use the share modal. Please let me know if I'm missing something. Thanks!

Add a Prooton Sheet shortcut to Proton Drive.
I only have the „Docs” shortcut and I want to use the Spreadsheets with my team.
However, I also noticed that I cannot edit .xlsx spreadsheets from proton sheets on Mac, but on Windows this seems to work.3 votes -
Download Controls
I really wish there was a way to restrict downloads to shared videos and documents. I often times share videos that are on my drive for work, and I would like to have the option to prevent the user from downloading it, and instead have them be streaming-view only. Thanks! Great product!

Similar to the request for Swiss currencies, I would like to ask for the support of Czech Crowns (Kč).

sheets
Allowing editors to lock the sheet (template) so that when shared with collaborators, they cannot change the template but can only make a copy of it for their needs. This is a feature already included with Google sheets (which I want to stop using altogether!).

Fonts should preview in sheets
Proton Sheets should preview the fonts when an area is selected and you are hovering over the font, as well as in the font selector showing what each font looks like.

Functions for tables in Proton Docs
Since Proton Sheets is released now I would really want functions introduced to Proton Docs as well (atleast some basic functions like sum) to be used with tables in a document.

Help and Settings for Sheets
Thanks for adding Sheets. I know it is brand-new, so hopefully you are already at work on implementing Dark Mode, a Settings panel to turn it on, and a Help menu so I don't have to refer to other spreadsheet products to learn about how to use it! Thank you!

Proton Docs: Convert Case
I would like a feature to change the case of selected text. For example, change "I have a dog named Bruno" to:
- all caps ("I HAVE A DOG NAMED BRUNO")
- all lower case ("i have a dog named bruno")
- title case ("I Have a Dog Named Bruno")

Proton Docs: Different Bullet Points for Different Levels of Indentation
For example, the default bullet is the filled-in circle (●), and if I press "tab" to indent, the bullet becomes the outline-only circle (○), and if I press "tab" again, the bullet becomes a square (■), etc. Currently, we only have 2 different types of bullets.

Migrate From Ente
I’m currently using Ente until the Proton photo backup feature matures a bit more (and has additional tools like being able to sync deletion of a photo from the Drive with deletion from my device). At that point, I’d like to be able to easily migrate my photos from Ente Photos to Proton Photos.

Proton Docs: use pt instead of px, or offer choice
I just tried Docs für the first time and the first thing that springs to my eye is the font size showing "px" as measurement. Being curious about this I downloaded a test doc as .docs and opened it in Word, which showed the correct size in points (e.g. 16px -> 12pt).
While I am happy that the measurement unit is no mistake and is converted correctly, I still wonder why Proton chose to go with px instead of pt while still offering the same sizes as other text editors, just using px as unit. While the average user might…

Add Spreadsheet‑Style Font Options to the Text Document Editor
Proposal:
When creating or editing a text document in Proton Drive, users currently have a limited set of typefaces compared with the richer font selection available in the new spreadsheet editor. To provide a more consistent and flexible writing experience across the suite, we propose extending the text‑document editor to include all the fonts that are now supported in the spreadsheet module (e.g., Calibri, Cambria, Arial Unicode, etc.).Benefits:
…Unified Design Language – Users can maintain visual consistency when embedding tables, charts, or excerpts copied from spreadsheets into documents. Improved Productivity – Reduces the need to switch between applications or manually adjust3 votes
