Auto suggest name for a doc based on fist line of text in the doc.
It is a tiny nit, but a really nice feature GDoc has -- open a new doc, type int he title of the doc, click on rename, it suggests the title text as the name,

Add speech to text functionality to Proton Docs.
Having the ability to speak to the Proton Docs application and have it turn the speech into text would make it much easier to compose long-form written material, especially if it is sensitive by nature. I do not trust other programs to keep such things safe and private.

Name, Modified, & Size Filters Specific to Each Page, w/ Memory
I often like to sort the contents of some folders by "name", and some by "modified" date.
1. It would be great to have a global, and folder level memory, such that you can have some folders remain sorted by "modified" date, even if you apply "name globally".
2. Secondly, for some reason, "modified" only seems to pertain to the end item its self, instead of the contents. For instance, if I have a 5 folders and within one of them I edit a Doc., the folder order will not change even though the contents of one of them has…6 votes -
Sanitize Shared Photos
It would be nice to be able to optionally sanitize photos I share with someone. I do want my own photos to include the full metadata available, and sometimes I do want to share that with someone. But sometimes I want to share a photo with someone and I want to know they are not holding onto all the metadata my phone included with it. So it would be nice if sharing photos with someone also had an option to share a version of that photo that has the metadata sanitized.

Video
Besides playing video, it’d be a big step up if the video player could play the sound that comes with it as well. Otherwise I have to download the video from Photos each time I want to re-watch it.

Improve Folder|File Structure View in Proton Docs
Please add a View in docs.proton.me where I can navigate the folder structure instead of only seeing the recently edited documents.
Please add a two-column view in docs and drive where i can have the structure tree (files and folders) open in both columns and move documents between those columns.

Student Discount Options for Proton Duo
The student discount options are very generous but I need more than 500gb. A student discount for Proton Duo would be nice, or an opportunity to purchase Proton Unlimited and expand your cloud service to 1 tb or more.

Shortcuts on displayed pictures/videos
When displaying a picture or watching a video in Proton Drive/Photos, it would be very convenient to have shortcuts that appear at the bottom when touching the screen, such as a trash bin shortcut icon or a share shortcut icon.
This would enhance the user experience and save time.

Please incorporate the Federated Cloud ID / Open Cloud Mesh (OCM) into Proton Drive to share folder and files between other clouds safely.

Photo-section: filename visible while hovering tile
It would be very convenient while in the photo-section, the filename of the photo would appear (i.e. after a second) while hovering the tile.
It would make it much easier to select the proper photo while multiple versions of the same photo are available.6 votes -
Typescript SDK that uses OAuth instead of username/password
Google Drive and Dropbox have typescript SDKs that allow me to use them as file storage backends for e.g. an "offline only" app that does not have a backend. Google Drive is messy to use because you have to reauthenticate a lot. Dropbox is really good and has worked great for me for months now. But Proton Drive doesn't have an OAuth SDK so I can't use it because having a privacy-focused offline only app means users who care about privacy will use it, and if they have to enter their proton username and password they will probably not use…

Move image to trash while already viewing it (desktop)
Currently the only way to delete an image is by going out to the gallery view and attempting to find the photo you want to delete. This is inefficient and inaccurate.
