Add automatic enabling of Do Not Disturb (or silent) mode when an appointment is flagged BUSY

    I have found this very useful on other phone calendars. It is configurable per calendar, and per event. As in the feature suggestion, when a meeting that is flagged starts, the phone automatically enters do not disturb, and when the meeting finishes, it automatically exits do not disturb.

    This feature stops embarrassing meeting interruptions when notifications or phone calls come in the middle of meetings.
