ProtonMail should have live chat support for at least paying customers. The current support response time is fairly slow and can significantly delay things in case of a billing issue or other similar situations. With understanding of the limited resources ProtonMail may have right now, live chat support should be added for at least urgent issues with paid users to make sure important inquiries do not get delayed.
