B. No really helpful in the way it is worded.

The idea of such a page is to guide you from where you are (it does not mention this? e.g in the web interface) to where you want to be (it does not either give a useful link OR the "steps" you need to take (or what would be useful) a LINK.

In fact the way to the "Request a Feature" is found by clicking on you name top-right and looking down the list............... this does not seem to be mentioned, certainly not clear to me.
