    I think it would really save users time if the Delete button were visible, instead of being buried under "Other".
    I'm not sure what my layout is called - it has a list of messages on the left and the messages open on the right. There is just an unmarked drop down arrow, which I must click on, then scroll down to the delete button. Yet this must be the most frequently used action. It should be one click only next to forward reply filter etc..
