Yeah, offline mode doesn't work correctly. If you are connected to wifi with no internet connection it doesn't go into offline mode, but instead forever tries to log in online with no timeout or way to manually switch to offline mode.
A password manager is the most essential tool I have on my computer. If it doesn't work when I need it, it is useless to me. Thinking of switching back to 1Password just because of this.
Allow manual offline mode!

I am so baffled that this isn't a feature they have. Every browser password manager has this and asks to update a login if we change the password. 1Password had this and I can't believe Proton Pass does not!

Absolutely. It would be such an easy option! The tooltips on everything are so annoying, especially when they get in the way. I star a lot of my messages and I tend to go from older to newer messages, so bottom to top. You can never immediately click the star on the message above, because the tooltip is in the way.

This is part of the autofill improvement, which is ongoing, this was highlighted in the recent Roadmap: https://proton.me/blog/pass-roadmap-spring-summer-2026
We should have a significant enhancement via iframe coming soon.

Yes, this! I would absolutely ditch my scanner app in a heartbeat. I scan all my mail and upload to Dropbox, but would much prefer a secure and private option.

This would set this apart so much and I would immediately use it over Bear.

What I find infuriating about search is that it can only be sorted by Date and alphabetically, but not by relevance. I now have a few hundred entries in there with my proton address. If I search for "Proton Account", which is what my actual proton account is saved as, it still shows all 500 or so other login items and I have to find it by scrolling EVERY TIME.
Surely if I search for the exact title of something it should show before everything else.
Baffled as to why search is such a weak point across pretty much all Proton apps.
