Having an official F-Droid repo would mitigate the security problems with the main repository. At least you can download the individual apks from their official site using Obtainium. However, I think Proton should focus on the (currently in development) Accrescent store instead.

I wonder if Proton Drive can be integrated into the desktop environtments like GNOME and KDE Plasma. Services like NextCloud and Google Drive already support this.
Proton VPN needs official Flatpak support. They should verify the community Flatpak at the very least.
If the rest of the suite won't have dedicated apps, it's better to install the WebApps using a Chromium-based browser than having an Electron-based app running on Flatpak and X11, which is a mess from a security stand-point according to cybersecurity experts.

Proton Pass still runs on X11 instead of Wayland. X11 is being deprecated because is old and insecure, Proton apps should run on Wayland. Also, if Proton doesn't want to rely on Flatpak, at least they should have their own deb and rpm repositories (they only have one and is only for Proton VPN)

I think Proton not only should support UnifiedPush on Android, but they should also be a push notification distributor for other apps supporting it.
The less relying on Google, the better.

Wonder if Proton Drive could be integrated on SeedVault… or maybe in GrapheneOS' next backup solution.
I don't want to rely on Google for everything.
