Its very disappointing that Proton integrated something like Zoom, and I've definitely lost a lot of respect for the company for doing this. Please correct course and drop Zoom. And having a tool to make Jitsi meetings simple would be amazing!

This would likely require a whole new maps feature (huge project) because google/apple maps are not private.
Maybe CoMaps/OrganicMaps code would be a good starting point?

I feel like its really hard to find a good app to do this that I don't have to self host, and it doesn't seem to exist. So this feels like a real opportunity for Proton. Idk why there aren't more upvotes for this. Its a great idea!

I oppose anything to do with WhatsApp
I don't need a messaging app to compete with Signal. I want one to compete with Google Messages. The main problem with FOSS messaging apps is attaching files. I want to be able to take a FOSS messaging app and add attachments using Proton Drive similar to how Google Messages uses Google Drive, but maybe with more security features like expiring links and limited number of downloads.
