Maybe it's my misunderstanding but i believe that when i send an invite from one outlook client to another with the private box checked, at the receiving end the box is still unchecked. adding this feature to Proton won't solve the problem that outlook/exchange ignores this checkbox. The receivers always needs to check this box.
already possible just not with the dropdownlist. you can just type the start and end time at any given interval.
