Change default time for snooze settings
The new snooze feature is great, but it defaults to 09:00. When I check my email in the morning it's earlier than 09:00, so it would be helpful to have a way to change the default settings for this.

Icons for Folders / Labels
I like keeping my inbox organized with folders and filters. It would be nice if, on top of the colors, we could also pick from a few basic icons for some default categories (money icon for finances, briefcase for work, person for personal things, etc.)

Ability to use alias phone numbers and attach them to alias email addresses
Please create the option to have alias phone numbers in addition to alias email addresses and have them connected to each other if the user wants to.
So for example, if you have 15 email aliases each assigned to a separate website login, then also have the option to add alias phone numbers that can be attached to the alias email addresses. The phone numbers could be a VoIP number and can be used for text, calls, and 2FA and keep them on the Proton browser/email app so the user can check them anytime.

Age of email in filter rules
The ability to use the age of an email (when it arrived and/or how long it has been in a folder) in the filter system. Archiving, deleting, and reminder to look at something, are the three that come to mind as use cases.

iOS Disable Screen Capture
Many apps, like Netflix and video editing apps, block screen capture attempts by displaying a black screen. This functionality should be available as at least an option for a privacy-focused app like ProtonMail.

Display Message - newest on top
Please add the function to sort Emails from newest to oldest (top to bottom) - so the newest message can be viewed on Top! That would be an awesome upgrade which makes the "readability" and organization of PM a lot better!

Download attachments button above e-mail body in mobile app
In the mobile app, you only can download your attachments with a button below e-mail body. In longer conversations, you need to scroll through many messages before you reach the buttons.
Moving the buttons to be located above the message would eliminate this problem.

Remove email expiration on mobile
Currently I don't see a way to remove/cancel expiration of an email on mobile.

I want to see the email as I am typing out a response
It just opens to a new draft window in front of the email in the inbox, and because of that, I am not able to see the email, even the first full line to respond to it. Something like two separate columns or rows, where I can scroll and see the email I am responding to, without having to close the draft window each time. At least an optoin to resize the draft window.

Confirm link URLs combined with virus check service

There's already a great feature to see the outgoing link in an email and option to copy it. Really useful in case of suspicious phishing-like content. But I also use Browserosaurus to select more secure web browser to open a link (like LibreWolf) or just use a user-friendly daily web browser. But I think that is not enough. I also verify some links with VirusTotal or similar service to make sure I'm not busted by a hacker group. Working in the Journalism it's quite easy to encounter.. Do you think it's…2 votes -

Display Reply-To header in incoming emails
It would be nice if the mail app (I'm using the web) would show a Reply-To header when present. Or perhaps when different than the From header.
My use case is that someone sent me an email through a web site which does not expose my email unless I reply. The sender's email is in Reply-To, though the mail is from Foobar-mailer.

Add Sender Icons in Email Notifications
I suggest adding a feature to display the sender's company icon in email notifications, similar to how WhatsApp shows profile pictures in notifications. The sender's icon should be large, with a small protonmail icon in the bottom right corner. This would help users quickly identify the sender and improve the overall user experience.

Infinite scroll instead of pagination
Currently, you have pagination implemented, which leads to the need to scroll, click, scroll, click if I'm scrolling through the list of my emails or searching for something.
By switching to infinite scrolling, we can eliminate clicking on the next page because the next page is automatically loaded when we scroll to the bottom of the list.2 votes -
Pinned Email Function
I think using ProtonMail would be more efficient if there were a feature that allowed users to ‘Pin’ emails to the top of the Inbox. Outlook has this, and it allows important emails to be kept at-hand more effectively, and they can be accessed more quickly. Thoughts?

Auto-expand forwarded mail
When I receive a forwarded mail, it is just blank, with a "..." expander. It is annoying to have to click the "..." expander every time on a forwarded mail to read the contents.
Please have an option to auto-show or auto-expand forwarded mail so the content is immediately visible after opening the mail in proton.
