    I frequently open the Settings to tweak my filters. It would be great to have a keyboard shortcut to navigate to settings.

  2. Line Separator in Folder List

    Usage:
    To add a simple line separator to separate out categories of folders.

    Background:
    The coloring and existing labels work well. Having an additional line separator would visually be nice to split your folders into different buckets instead of skimming through long list of folder names.

  3. Allow for self service to delete alias

    Currently you have to request human support to delete unused aliases. Could it be a multi step self service? I wonder if this would allow for faster removal of unused aliases? Could you also alert a mailbox owner that their aliases have not been used in weeks or months and at some point force the deletion?

  4. Share a Protonmail address/identity with another Protonmail account

    I have multiple email identities (of the 15 available) set up in the unlimited subscription and my partner also has an unlimited subscription.

    I currently have a “house” email address set up to handle all our important home accounts/subscriptions etc, which it set to forward to my partners email address so we both receive the incoming emails.

    Is it already possible (or could it be added as a feature) for us to share this email address between our proton mail accounts?

    This would be hugely helpful, we could then have a “joint email account” where we could both access within…

  5. Account switching - provide themes to differentiate between accounts

    I use 3 different Proton Mail accounts for different aspects of my life (eg social, business). This means I'm constantly going to the "switch Account" screen to switch between accounts.

    Problem: The problem is, all 3 of my accounts look identical, with the same purple icon, the same initials, and the same name next to them. This makes it frustrating and tricky to switch accounts as I have to read the small email address to identify the one I want.

  7. View security logs in iOS Proton Mail app

    Make it possible to view the security logs of my proton account directly in the Proton Mail app for iOS. This way it's more easy to check when i signed in to my proton account or when i changed my account password the last time.

    Would be very happy if you could implement this. Also i think it would be a great win for the security of proton accounts.

  8. Family plan with 6 custom domains

    It wouldn't be uncommon for a family seeking this type of service to require 6 individuals with personalized email domains, each having their own unique domain. The fact that the individual plan provides 3 custom domains for a single user leads me to believe that it would be reasonable to expect that in a plan for 6 users, each person could have at least one domain.

  9. Enable the same options available via the browser in the mobile app also

    Currently more options are available via the browser protonmail and protoncalendar than via the equivalent mobile apps.
    It would be good to have the same options/settings in the mobile apps too (browser version has more), so that we do not have to logon to the browser to make the same changes. Also, new users may think the options do not exist if they do not find them in the app.

    Currently I have to move 640 mails to the folders they are in on Google. Is it possible to have where it is seemless to tansition?

  11. Block access from Country

    Hello

    My suggestion is to add a feature to block all logins attempt for IP/Country.

    For example, I want to enable just IP's address from Brazil to login on my Protonmail or just Japan for example, and a option to lock all other countries/IP address.

  16. Auto-Delete Spam & Trash for free

    We already have the ability to automatically delete the Spam and Trash folders. But Free accounts don't have that.

    It would be a very nice convenience feature, and I don't think it really costs that much money to do that.

    Other private email providers already have this feature, so Proton is standing out by not having it for free.

  17. Make newsletter unsubscribe button optional to avoid clutter and unintended unsubscribe

    The button should be shown as a default, but I would like to be able to turn off that UI element in settings.

    The ios mobile app is cluttered with icons and functions. Unclutter the screen and use larger fonts. My iPhone 14 has excessive, unreadable options.

    Have some other domains for account sign-up.

    Currently there is only protonmail.com and proton.me

    How about a .eu domain .uk .au .nz .ca .fr .de .ch etc.

  20. Allow unread emails in custom folders to still show up as notifications in iOS

    First, I have multiple aliases set up and have set up filters to redirect emails to each alias into different folders. The problem is, that since those emails are redirected to folders and no longer reside in my inbox, the notification icon on the app listing the number of new, unread emails no longer displays at all. I still get banner notifications, but I would much rather have a simple red circle notification displaying the number of unread email, regardless of whether it is in another folder.

    The second part... I know some people deliberately filter out junk email into…
