    I sent three cancellation emails, had one consultation with a counselor about the cancellation, and received a confirmation of the cancellation. However, the card payment was still not cancelled, and I had no choice but to pay the card payment amount. I am very disappointed and angry with your handling. Is your 30-day cancellation promise a lie?

  5. Add fine-grained tracking of account billing linked to user changes

    For business users, currently changes in users result in changes in invoices / billing, however there's history to revisit showing "X user started on X date" to be able to reconcile history when managing multiple domains under one account.

  6. Add-on Proton Service (Customize Plan) not directly to Unlimited Plan

    Need proton to allow me to customize plan as per my need. Currently, I have monthly subscription to Proton mail and I want to use Proton Pass but not Proton VPN. The only way to get another service (proton pass, in my case) with an existing service (proton mail, in my case) is by upgrading to Unlimited plan which cost USD 12.99 for a month (USD 10 per month for yearly plan effectively USD 120 for 12 months in one go) I don't have that lump sum money parked in my account.   12. Appropriate fees should be determined specifically for countries with high inflation.

    In countries with high inflation, paying with Dollars or Euros costs too much compared to the currency of that country. For such countries, special low fees must be determined and payment must be made in the local currency.

  14. Accept Discover credit card as payment

    This is not a way out there idea. Please accept Discover credit card so we(I) do not have to get another credit card to pay my subscription. Yes, there will always be that new way to pay(Paypal->Venmo->Crypto?) but this is just basic, get away from just 2 credit card players(Visa & Mastercard).

    A win-win system: You can offer a membership for supporters - when they register and pay for example 8 €/month ( 1 € for you, 2 € fe for planting trees, 5 € for rewarding those who recommended protonmail to them - 5 level up). They get rewarded 1 € each from 5 level deep and each month can see exactly how much they care for others and support them. It needs few words or a little video to explain and connects people worldwide.
    Everyone can create an income of a few 100 € - or more - easyly.

  20. Billing Role

    Proton have member and admin roles but it does not have a billing role.

    I'm proposing the creation of the billing role giving permission to:

    1. Manage payment media (ex: add/replace credit card)
    2. See and download bills

    Nice to have: Option to send by email bills directly to billing contacts

    Why?
    Accounting departments must to get the bills and it is a waste of time for sysadmins to have to login, download and send the bill by email to accounting.
