2. New payment methods for Brazilians

   Perform the integration of a Brazilian payment system to facilitate payment and not require an international credit card, they could use, for example, the payment gateway of the companies Cielo, Rede, Stone, GetNet, Mercado Pago, in addition to PIX (cash payment, has instant confirmation in less than 10 seconds) and Boleto (confirmation within 3 days).
   I open this suggestion because I recently had my account suspended for a few days due to difficulties in making my payment with cards issued in Brazil (National and International debit and credit) and I also faced difficulties when trying to pay with PayPal, for some reason the payment gateway they currently use did not accept my payment information and I was only able to regain access to Proton services after paying with Bitcoins.

   I take the opportunity to stress the importance of accepting payments with PIX.
   PIX is a cash payment method that does not allow reversals unless requested by the recipient, it is similar to a bank transfer but with instant confirmation, it is much faster than cryptocurrency payments, the payment process and confirmation takes a maximum of 10 seconds.

3. Unlimited accounts for catch-all email addresses

   I am a premium paying member of proton mail who uses a catch-all email domain.

   I use many prefixes such as:
   moving@address.com
   apartment@address.com
   work@address.com
   personal@address.com
   name@address.com
   etc.

   In order to send email from these addresses, I must have accounts for them. This is very annoying as I have to repeatedly create and delete these accounts in order to stay under the 15 account limit.

   On my own domain, I should have unlimited addresses.

   This would very helpful and would solve one of my biggest annoyances with proton.

4. Family Plan for Mail and VPN with Parental Control

   As everyone is already asking for a Family plan I don't have to repeat this. I would be up for a Familyplan including VPN and then add a Parental Control function. Changes needed:
   - Family plan for up to 6 Persons 2 of those are "Grown Ups" and 4 are Child-Accounts
   - VPN Client that can be forced and not turned off for the Child-Accounts
   - Family filter or at least Surf-report for Parents of the Child VPN Access
   - Family Filter or Report for Child Mail Accounts

   I really like Proton and its Plans and think this would be a great addition for their current Plans.

5. Advanced Securitiy Logs

   I want an advanced version of the current "Security Logs".
   This is different from the "Enable advanced logs" option.

   What I want to see in this log is (by column order):

   • UTC/My location based time and date that follows the ISO 8601 format
   • IP Address (Also an indication of if the IP is home/VPN/ProtonVPN/Tor/Proxy, etc.)
   • Country/City name
   • App Name (With detailed info. Web version should specify the device OS and browser type. Android and iOS version should also specify the version and etc.)
   • App Version
   • A detailed version of the event
   • Filter result

   This log system should also have features such as:

   • Customizable ok/suspicious/danger filter
   • Viewable in iOS and Android version of all apps
   • Alert notification by Email/App/Phone etc.
   • and many other stuff.

   Such improvements will make people feel safer.

6. loggin account

   Hey, when I'm at work, I prefer not to enter my password and username every time I log in, and I also don't want the browsers to remember that information. Since my company has control over my computer, it would be really convenient for everyone, including myself, to have a QR code login feature on the web that can be scanned from a phone app, similar to what Binance offers. It's a simple and more secure method. I hope this feature becomes available soon! Goodbye.

7. Monthly payments for yearly plans

   Spending close to €200 for a 2 year unlimited plan in one payment right now is difficult for many people, and I believe you would get much more uptake if you allowed purchase using a monthly installment method.

   I, for one, was about to buy your Proton Unlimited package until I discovered that I'd have to spend almost €200 in one go to get it.

   Offering a monthly payment subscription option is a sound business model in these times of financial strain, so please can I ask that you at least consider the idea?

9. Log in to User Voice with Proton Account

   When I was looking for a feature within ProtonMail I came across this platform for users. The first surprise was that I needed to create a new account to contribute to this platform while I am already have a ProtonMail account. So, my first suggestion for this platform is that everyone with a ProtonMail account also can use their ProtonMail account for this platform.

   Another item is that there is no general welcome or explanation to this Uservoice platform. It would be nice (and helpful) as a new user of uservoice to know a bit how it works here.

   Then I am surprised about the limit of 10 votes. Has everyone ten votes? No matter if they are free users of paid users? (And is there even a requirement to have a ProtonMail account for this website?).

   Another item is that I find unhandy that after you search for ideas there are no filters or sort options. When you have 600+ ideas related to the words you were looking for it would be for example nice to see the top vote ideas because their might be a chance that someone else has the same idea. Or maybe see the most related topic first.

10. Military Veterans/Disabled Veterans Discount

    Military Veterans or Disabled Veterans (can provide proof) should get a discount. In the USA, about 2% of our population are veterans/active/reserve etc. How can providing 2% a discount break a company?? It would actually build business!

    Add more free filters like at least 3 because free accounts only have 1 available filter and paid accounts have unlimited. I've also seen similar posts on here from 2016 of this issue and free accounts still only have 1 filter.

12. Add users-Family Plan-Shared Plan

    Ability to add users to your individual paid account and manage them like business accounts with each one having their own login. But limits(I.e. storage, aliases, VPN) are shared between all accounts instead of each new account getting additional limits. Admin can move/allocate limits between accounts under the main account/plan.

    Each additional user would add $1-$2 each.

13. Switch from .me to .com or vise versa

    I created a new account and accidentally chose .me when I prefer .com
    I'd like to be able to change this feature in my email settings.

    Also, I have another account that I wanted to switch to .me from .com.

    Please add the option to swtich between .me and .com and vise versa.

14. Seperate ProtonMail & ProtonVPN usernames

    PROTONMAIL PLUS USER

    I can't believe I have to ask ProtonMail for this!

    Decent VPN companies don't even let you set a username to avoid human error in leaking personal identifiable information, instead, they give you randomized usernames, take Mullvad as an example.

    Instead of going in that direction, ProtonMail does the opposite, but far worse.

    As a PM user, you are stuck with the same username, forever. It's a permanent record. Having the same username forever for e-mail and VPN is a security nightmare.

    Issues:
    1. If you use ProtonVPN, this means you are using ProtonMail too.
    2. Imagine using the username to login to ProtonVPN in public with prying eyes on each corner.
    3. If your VPN is hacked, your email is hacked too.
    4. If you share your VPN with your family/friends, they already know your ProtonMail username and if they're hacked, you pay the consequences.
    5. What if you regret putting PII in your PM username and you want to change that, well, ProtonMail says NO.

    AND MANY MORE DISASTEROUS SCENARIOUS.

    Now, understandable, ProtonMail it's a for profit company but they like to say they care for your privacy/security (hmmm), the only reason why they're doing this is to make you not share your VPN account with family/friends to maximize profits. Which compromises your security/privacy for profit (hmmm). Sorry, I can't think of any other reason.

    Anyway, possible solutions:

    1. Make it possible to change the Proton username for all services. (CAN BE HARD BUT DOABLE)
    2. Ability to add up to 3-5 more usernames to all Proton services and users can chose which one to use home and which one outside when they login. (EASY)
    3. Make VPN login credentials completely randomized (optinally rotatable) like Mullvad or ProtonVPN OpenVPN credentials you have. Again, I can't believe I'm saying this, it should be standard. But I have to put my FIRSTNAME+LASTNAME whily trying to protect my privacy! facepalm. (EASY)

15. Different passwords for mail, vpn, and drive

    If I am to use ProtonMail, ProtonVPN, and ProtonDrive on a number of devices, it seems to me that having all of these secured by a single passphrase is an unacceptable risk. Having the option to secure each of these with a different password would be a significant improvement. Indeed, without this, I think I will be very reluctant to use all of these and rely upon them.

    It would be the ideal membership for those who just wanna support you but don't need any features that are not already in the free account. And I'm sure it would interest lots of people, €5 is a little steep for email when you don't need anything fancy and just appreciate the privacy ; )

18. personalized pricing plan

    An option to choose exactly what the plan should include and what is not needed, with adjusted pricing.
    I for example would be interested in IMAP/SMTP and one or two additional addresses, 5 however seem a bit too much. I also don't really need the increased message limit, custom domain, auto responder, storage increase and additional support.

    There is already the option to get more addresses or more domains, its only missing the option for less of those.

    Accept Nano as a payment option. Bitcoin transactions fees are now too much, and it may take up to a few hours for a transaction to be confirmed. Unlike BTC there are NO fees for Rai, and transactions are nearly instant!

    I love protonmail but I am poor. $4.50/month is too much

    1 year premium is €40. Offer 2, 3, 5 year plans for more discount.
