Visionary Accounts Should have access to one Dedicated VPN Server
I want to use Dedicated gateways and would be glad to pay for one but I have to create a business account. I would like to be able to just add a dedicated gateway to my Visionary plan. I have been a visionary plan subscriber for many years

Stop locking advertised 1GB of storage behind a 15-day call to action
One's locked at 500Mb if they don't perfom actions they might not even be able to, although the service advertised itself as 1GB no strings attached.
It feels shady, reminds of the disgraceful practices we're trying to avoid by using Proton, & completely turned a friend off the service because they wanted a clean e-mail adress, not another source of economic pressure.5 votes -
multi user plan in apple store
Apple and google store don't support multi user i.e family plans not there is local pricing available, given some countries have restriction to send foreign currency is it posisble to get these plans in apple or Google play store so it is easier for people to subscribe, the single user plans are allready available.

Create an easy way to backup and delete emails from certain dates to save storage space
In the global cost of living crisis we need more help from companies trying to do good. many of us just can't afford to continually upgrade packages from storage getting filled up. At the same time, we don't want to be using unnecessary resources putting pressure on Proton. There already exists a backup/export process but it's not particularly user friendly and as far as I can tell there's no options, it's either all or nothing. I have 17.5GB of emails, I really don't need all of them saved, but there's no apparent way to just say sort emails over 3…

Pricing Adjustment Request - Turkish Market
Dear Proton Team,
Due to the severe inflation in Turkey, upgrading my account with Euro pricing is currently unaffordable.
I kindly request that you consider introducing Turkish Lira pricing for our market. This would significantly improve accessibility and allow more users in Turkey to subscribe to your valuable services.
Thank you for your prompt consideration.
Sincerely,
Erdem

Allow us to create other accounts with custom domains we already have tied to existing accounts
Having me be able to use a custom email domain for my account is cool, however, limiting what I can do with the domain that I PAID FOR, is entirely overstepping boundaries. I should be able to create a new email under my account using my custom domain, and then be able to create an entirely separate proton account using that email with my custom domain. Just because a domain is tied to one proton account should not stop it from being able to create other proton accounts, all this is making me do is consider not using proton to…

I would very much like to have My preferred icon rather than mere initials on My account.
All other places I have been allowed Me to personalize the icon, but I see no way to upload an image to use, and would like very much for that to be an option.

Lowest Cost Family Plan
Guys - I would love to purchase and support Proton, but the pricing needs to be changed up. I'm not sure where y'all are at, but not all Americans are rich. My wife and I are both teachers. We keep all our important stuff in ProtonMail for security, but we have access to M365 and Google for free, and practically no limit on space or features.
I would pay for Proton Mail - just because. If I could get everything for my family for something like $99 a year, I would do it. I think you would have a ton…

Offer a "lite" version with a lifetime purchase option for users who use minimal features.
I love the services Proton offers and believe they should be compensated for the great work they do. But I would really like to be able to just pay like a one time $250 for an account that had the paid subscription benefits but with just a single email domain and half the storage or something.
Consumers are burnt out on subscription models, we need to go back to just buying something and that be the end of the transaction.

correct IGIC (local VAT) or VAT-free for Canary Islands
The Canary Islands are part of Spain, but not part of the EU VAT zone. Instead of VAT (IVA), the islands apply their own local indirect tax called IGIC – generally 7 %, and in many B2B cases 0 %.
This means that invoices issued to customers based in the Canary Islands must not include standard Spanish VAT. Depending on the business relationship, they should either apply IGIC or be issued without any VAT at all, following the special tax status of the islands.
Take into account that the reverse charge mechanism doesn't apply here. Canary Islands tax-Ds cannot be…3 votes -
PaysafeCard
Hi Proton Team,
Compliments on your excellent work!
Would it be possible to expand the options for paying safely and a bit more anonymousely for subscriptions. For example, using PaysafeCard? This card can be purchased at post offices or retail stores in Switzerland. https://www.paysafecard.com/de-ch/3 votes -
Appropriate fees should be determined specifically for countries with high inflation.
In countries with high inflation, paying with Dollars or Euros costs too much compared to the currency of that country. For such countries, special low fees must be determined and payment must be made in the local currency.

Idea Proposal: Custom Domain as Default Address in ProtonMail
Problem:
Currently, when users add a custom domain to ProtonMail, their primary login and default email often remain as @proton.me or @pm.me.
While aliases can be set up, the Proton address cannot be fully removed, and users can’t set the custom domain as the true default identity.
This creates friction for users who want to use their own domain exclusively for both sending and receiving emails.4 votes -
Single-page sign-in
I use an Onlykey for password management, 2fa, and passkeys. It'd be nice if there were the option to switch to a single-page sign-in form across platforms and services so that I could save my UN, PW, and TOTP to a single slot.
As it stands, I have to open a text document, use the Onlykey to paste my credentials, and then copy/paste them into the sign-in form. The only alternative right now is to assign the password to one slot, and the TOTP to another. I've only got 24 slots, and I resent having to use more than one…

Connecting to Proton services with 3FA
Have the ability to log in through three separate forms of identification before accessing the Proton account.
For example :
1 - the Proton password
2 - Google Authentication code (or any other tool)
3 - Proton authenticator (to be created)The user initially logs in with their username and password. Then Proton asks for the 6-digit code that Google Authenticator (or other) gives. Then the user enters the 6-digit code from Google Authenticator into Proton Authentication which validates the 6-digit code and gives a code (e.g. numbers or a word) to the user. The user enters the numbers (or…
