Wiki with RBAC
I'd like to see an E2EE Wiki product with full role based access controls (RBAC), ie. owner, editor, viewer, etc. and integration with Proton Drive for files. This would be invaluable to me in both personal (family) and business use cases.
As far as I know, no one but Skiff has really tried this so it must be really really hard. But I also think it would be really really valuable.

Configure spellchecker language in desktop app
In a browser, Proton Mail benefits from the browser functions to spell check. In the new Proton Mail installed application, the language cannot be configured or I do not know how to do it...
It would be very useful to be able to configure the spell checker language for people that are writing in a language that is different than the OS language used.
Thank You

2FA by hardware key only
Being able to add physical Fido token is great but I would like that the requirement for TOTP to be removed.
TOTO is quite often software based and software = surface of attack. Physical token allow air gap and are very secure and I don’t need TOTP personally, it makes my account vulnerable.
Also just like Apple, a minimum of 2 physical tokens should be enforced since having a single token is putting you at risk of you loose it. 2 or more should be the rule of thumb.

FIDO NFC for MFA
Hello. I recently was adding 2 FIDO keys to my account and I noticed that I needed to have the authenticator app checked on has well. An issue comes into play when I use proton pass as my totp.
If I get logged out of my account on my phone (iPhone), I don't have an option to use NFC with the FIDO key as my MFA. Can this function be added?

Make Archive a top-level action after reading a message
My normal action after reading an email is to archive it. Yet the archive action is generally hidden under a menu rather than being at the top level after reading a message.
On web, Archive is contained within a meatball menu at the top of the message. So after reading, it takes 3 actions to archive it: 1) scroll to the top, 2) open the meatball menu, 3) archive it.
On mobile Android beta, archive is not available on the bottom bar (the actions are mark as read, move, trash, and label). Archive should be one of these options -…

Mindmap functionality
Hello,
It would be very nice to have a new App for the mindmapping, like Gitmind or other which are already available. I don't know how many people would be interested in such functionality, but I would appreciate it for project following or like an organizer (couple to the protoncalendar and of course protondrive)4 votes -

Select all messages in search results
Add an option to select all search results, in the same manner that you can select all messages in inbox or other folders when you click on the "select all" checkbox:
"You selected 50 messages. Select all in Sent."
One thing this will allow users to do is search for sent message older than a certain date and delete them all. As it stands, we have to go through and delete them 50 messages at a time.

APK filenames should include version number
Viewing the version number of APK files on Proton's web site would be very helpful to ensure the downloaded file is a later version than the one already in use. I recently downloaded...
ProtonMail-Android.apk
... but would have preferred to see the version number as part of the filename. For example...
ProtonMail-3-0-17-Android.apk

All in one browser extension
The browser extension could also sync bookmarks and reading lists.
This would establish a strong baseline for a future browser, maybe even an RSS/News Aggregator/Reader,

Breakdown of storage usage
It would be nice to see a breakdown of how our storage is being used across services, much like you can currently in Google.

It's ridiculous to log in to this forum with an e-mail and not FB/Gmail
I wanted to log in with an e-mail and password to ask about Proton VPN idiocy.
Anyway, I click "log in" (for new and repeat accounts, whatever it's called in English)
and then there's this idiotic loop that I get an e-mail, I click the e-mail, get the code, get another e-mail - insert the code and get this screen:"Login approved
Go bacj to Production to finish logging in
You can now close this tab"
but when I close the tab then I am lost without the uservoice page and there is no logged in session!
This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!…

Mobile device management for Proton for Business
I’d like to have mobile device management features in Proton for Business plans. It would allow enabling work profile on Android (https://www.android.com/enterprise/work-profile/) so that users can have both their Proton personal account and professional account in isolated profiles on their device. I guess the same kind of feature exists for iPhones.

Create limited passwords to access certain parts of a Proton account
Summary:
Allow users to create a second, "limited" password for their Proton account, which would only provide access to limited data (e-mails and Proton Pass data) of their choosing. How it would work:
A user creates a limited password for their account and chooses which of their Proton e-mail addresses and Proton Pass data are accessible with it.
Upon logging in with the limited password, only those selected addresses (and associated messages and data) and Proton Pass passwords are visible and accessible.
Other e-mail addresses and Proton Pass data remain completely hidden and inaccessible.
Purpose:
Limited passwords would help users…3 votes
