ProtonChat should be free for use with free accounts. Even better if you provide a web interface that allows non registered users to use the app (or with some really simple registration mechanism)

The existing color themes look very ugly for kids, and a variety of brighter colors and themes would help getting them interested in using proton mail rather than google.

Also, the task/todo list has to allow sharing read/write with other proton users, and read only with other email addresses (better if write was allowed, but not a requirement) -

2 features: sync keeping files in device and server; move files to server and download on demand (an enhanced version would be keeping a preview file in the device, and when opened, download the actual file)
