All systems in my household run Linux. The reason we run Linux is I'm all into IT, security, and privacy so it makes it easy for me to choose Linux. Unfortunately Proton doesn't support Linux well, and I have a big family of 6. At this point we're not utilizing Proton across the family because it's too difficult for my family members to use. KDE / Gnome integration would be wonderful, if Proton would be able to release some API documentation for the Linux community and support it that would be amazing and believe that could be a driver of Proton's success. If not that, at least easy snap and flatpak support of Drive, VPN, mail and other programs directly contributed by Proton.

Flatpak support requested! This is my second year of subscription, and if by the end of it there is no further support for Linux I cannot justify paying for the family plan again.
Went for the family plan because there was mention of the drive coming to Linux in 2024 a few months ago. My kids would absolutely use it if there were a Flatpak I could install on their systems easily.

Got my votes behind this. I'm already a paid customer with family plan, but I would be willing to put forth more just so that this can get done! My family cannot properly utilize proton unless there's an easy way (flatpak) to do this across all the Fedora installs I have at home.
Electron clients do not cut it. Need full fledged programs or API's opened up to developer for desktop integration.
