An error occurred while saving the comment Proton User commentedAnother basic but critical function to creating professional looking documents. Just because I am using different line spacing, doesn't mean I'm creating a list.

An error occurred while saving the comment Proton User commentedBeing able to use different and specific fonts is an extremely basic & vital function to creating professional documents. Without the ability to format text it's effectively just another Notepad. Please allow us to choose and embed specific fonts.

An error occurred while saving the comment Proton User commentedThis would be a neat idea, but only feasible for Proton users. If someone doesn't have a Proton account they'd still need an email based fallback.

An error occurred while saving the comment Proton User commentedThere are a phenomenal amount of people requesting different versions of plans, it astonishes me that Proton hasn't clued in and made plans "pick-and-choose" all together. Sure offer some preset plans with commonly purchased things in a bundle. But people's needs can vary, so if you want to get as many subscriptions as possible from as many people as possible they need to let us choose what features we want in our bundles. Tuta does this and for a fraction of the cost. More paying users will help development, but if you can't offer us plans that meet our needs then it's hard to grow.

An error occurred while saving the comment Proton User commentedI think what some people are forgetting is that you can cancel your annual subscription at any time, and get refunded the remainder of unused time - which is like them receiving monthly payments. It does make a huge difference to customers trying to foot huge bills for an annual subscription all at once. Frankly I'd commit to a LONGER period if I could have the payments taken monthly. And I don't care for the idea of buying a "balance", because if something goes awry then I'm out that money all together. All the other services I have annual contracts with take monthly payments on them. Also, for those commenting on different monthly prices remember currency matters. Euros isn't the same for me as it is for someone else.

The family plan is definitely pricey to the average person, and needs more flexibility in terms of users. I won't upgrade - despite need - due to the cost when I consider our family size. Families come in all different sizes and there's absolutely no question we need to be able to customize this. A fixed size, yes that includes the Duo plan for couples, doesn't offer enough flexibility.
I would however hate to see storage decreased in any way. When you're looking at using more than simply email you can run through that space very quickly - especially when you consider the ability to backup your phone's photos to Drive. I take around 5000 high quality photos a year and am thrilled to have a private place to back them up!
