An error occurred while saving the comment Proton User commentedThere are a phenomenal amount of people requesting different versions of plans, it astonishes me that Proton hasn't clued in and made plans "pick-and-choose" all together. Sure offer some preset plans with commonly purchased things in a bundle. But people's needs can vary, so if you want to get as many subscriptions as possible from as many people as possible they need to let us choose what features we want in our bundles. Tuta does this and for a fraction of the cost. More paying users will help development, but if you can't offer us plans that meet our needs then it's hard to grow.

An error occurred while saving the comment Proton User commentedI think what some people are forgetting is that you can cancel your annual subscription at any time, and get refunded the remainder of unused time - which is like them receiving monthly payments. It does make a huge difference to customers trying to foot huge bills for an annual subscription all at once. Frankly I'd commit to a LONGER period if I could have the payments taken monthly. And I don't care for the idea of buying a "balance", because if something goes awry then I'm out that money all together. All the other services I have annual contracts with take monthly payments on them. Also, for those commenting on different monthly prices remember currency matters. Euros isn't the same for me as it is for someone else.

An error occurred while saving the comment Proton User commentedI fail to understand why this is not a basic feature. Many places have a username that is not the email, and if Proton doesn't recognize the difference in the two fields then we end up losing access to services once imported into Pass - like happened to me - when only one of the above fields is taken.

This would be a neat idea, but only feasible for Proton users. If someone doesn't have a Proton account they'd still need an email based fallback.
