Proton needs to be a more friendly, collaborative company, and less a results-driven company. Andy and Bart have proven, more than once, that they are unable to lead such a company. For us users to keep our trust in Proton, they need to step down. In the ideal scenario, Proton would be run by the foundation and by their own employees, not by any kind of head-manager. They want to build an alternative to big scary tech, they should start by creating an alternative way of directing their own company. As long as they're acting just like Google and Microsoft, they'll never have the trust of their own userbase.

This last month, Lumo received 3 different product updates, while Calendar has been all but abandoned for years at this point. A working calendar is much more important than some dumb AI which adds absolutely no value for my day-to-day life.
