   I don’t think I’m understanding the issue. If I’m missing what you folks are getting at, I apologize.

   I just paid for 24 months of a Family plan, then I saw Lumo+, and then bought 24 months of Lumo+. I didn’t have to give up or convert or downgrade anything.

    I pay for a Family account and Lumo+, and I can’t recall ever seeing an advert. Is it possible that they only show for certain pay tiers? I suppose there’s also the possibility that I’m blind or have the memory span of a goldfish.
