  2. Create reminder from email

    User can flag an email as something they wish to be reminded about and have the ability to set a date & time user would like to be reminded. Reminder will populate with the email subject as the reminder text and link the email to the reminder for user reference.

  3. Create a moved to link to store email directly to calander or proton storage would be helpful .

    The move option in pmail is limited , it would be an improvement to automatically move to calendar or vault

  4. Distinguish deleted mail by color and provide an "All mail" that omits deleted mail

    The only option to see the mail in all folders is "All mail." But that includes deleted items too, only distinguished by the trash icon. Propose either or both of:

    a) In "All mail" the deleted items text is a different color.
    b) An "Active mail" option that excludes Trash, Spam.. folders.

  5. Gmail Enhancements - in addition to the forwarding thats already implemented

    Since you already get some rights from the gmail oauth, you might as well just add more features for users, like the ability to reply to emails from gmail and have gmail messages automatically deleted (since they are being sent to proton).

    You could make them extra features that can be turned on with a pop-up from Google asking for permission.

    This will make it easier to move away, but you can still reply to Gmail if you need to.

    and allowing users to auto delete the emails is just a nice feature. It would be better to put them in…

    Transferring emails from one Gmail account to another can be a handy task, especially when you're changing your primary email or consolidating multiple accounts. One way to do this manually is by using the Gmail forwarding feature. Simply log in to your old Gmail account, head to Settings, and navigate to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.   7. Allow new users (proton.me) to use legacy domain (protonmail.com)

    "proton.me" and "pm.me" (current) is short and good, but few services--such as PlayStation account--does not accept both domain. However, when I test "protonmail.com" (legacy) as a domain, it got accepted, but it cannot retrieve mail simply because I am new to Proton Mail, so I don't own the domain.
    Anyway, about the PlayStation account, I had to use my Google Mail (gmail.com).

    Please provide the option to use the legacy domain for new users. It will be useful for anyone who had similar issue as me. Sorry and thank you.

  8. "Show details" by default to see full "To:" email address

    Currently, in the web app, to see the email address of my received email, I have to click a little down arrow in the message header, or hover the mouse over the aliased "To" field. Since I use a lot of different email addresses, I want the full email address to be seen in the default header - not aliased.

  11. Display the newest email in a thread at the top of the thread list, not the bottom

    In the case where a user has a long thread of emails (e.g. they get a monthly email over and over, and archive those emails instead of deleting them) it doesnt take very many messages before the thread becomes difficult to navigate.

    Primarily, this is caused by the fact that each new email in a thread is shown at the BOTTOM of the thread (after all the previously received and read emails) instead of the TOP.

  12. On iPhone app, the Contacts icon is too far away

    I have over 100 mail folders. When I want to go to my contacts, the icon is at the bottom of the list, so I have to scroll through my 100 mail folders to get there. It just take too much time to go to that icon for me to use Proton contacts.

  17. Move to from Sent to Custom folder "[x] Always move recipient's emails"

    When I receive email from bill@microsoft.com I can set:

    "Move to [x] Always move sender's email to Folder MICROSOFT."

    I'd like to also specify rule that emails I send to recipient bill@microsoft.com will move to a folder, out of the Sent mail folder.

    "Move to [x] Always move recipient's email to Folder MICROSOFT."

    Thus, all of the thread is in a folder and Sent folder stays clean

  20. Toolbar across platforms on the same position (bottom/top)

    Have the toolbar (the one including the Delete button) on the web and mobile in the same place. In the web version it's located at the top of the screen, IOS has it in the bottom.
