Make unread emails discernible within a conversation thread.
While emails are collapsed, it would be easier to find the UNREAD messages if they were highlighted or indicated somehow. I have a 17 message thread with 1 unread message that I have to dig just to find. An unread tab filtering system might be an option, too, which would sequester the unread message by itself within the tab, enabling quick ease of access to new messages in very busy conversations.

Better even: have the newest mails on top. Now you have to find them at the end, which is very annoying in a long thread
