Body filtering
I get a very frequent stream of spam with a specific word in the body (Sppcity), but there is no way to create a spam filter for text in the body.

This should be possible, at least for non-PGP encrypted, new incoming mails, since proton has access to those (on arrival).

if you can filter on the word 'unsubscribe' in the body text you can gather all newsletters in one folder without the need to unsubscribe if you want to keep receiving these mails without cluttering your inbox.

If protonmail allows forwarding an unwanted e-mail based on subject or sender to my other mailbox (black hole) and then deleting mail, that could be workaround.

WOuld like to filter on body text, as some spam mail has no header, or header text is variable while body text is not....

3 votes from me ;-).
Sadly Asher Gordon words are right. At least it is not that easy to add the condition into Sieve on server side alone.

I agree. A custom filter would make cleaning up one's inbox a walk in the park.

I think that's impossible because the body is encrypted so ProtnMail can't see it. But they now have a Bridge (https://protonmail.com/bridge/) so you can use ProtonMail with your mail client and you could use the filter on your mail client.
