Hi, I want to keep iphone Mail app as my default, but I want to configure it such that is uses my protonmail account (and not my gmail). I have a Pro paid subscription with proton which allows for IMAP, but I find it difficult to add the protonmail as an email address in the iphone settings. I found no documentation on the protonmail site. Only the bridge app which works on an Apple laptop or desktop, but nothing seem to integrate the protonmail account into the iphone such that it is the default email address (within the Mail app, and ideally calendar, etc).

Need a way to put the proton mail app in the list of selectable default mail clients on an iPad. Currently I can only choose between Gmail and iCloud mail. I would like to be able to click on a mail link on a webpage and have the proton mail app open instead of the native mail app.
There is a way to create an account using IMAP or pop, but I know you don’t support pop, and I’m not sure the IMAP would be secure (would it be secure?). Perhaps you can shed some light on this.

The iPad app is unusable. It should resemble all of the features and multiple column layout the webapp has, but with a native look and feel. When the app is done there should be no reason to visit the website.
